Nifty tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, scheduling workflows and reminders

External users seem to find it challenging to create an account and access the sheet we've shared with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's automating task reminders on various company processes and saves me time.
good experience using smartsheet, it has allowed multiple teams to collaborate effectively

That there is no ability or use of tabs.

visibility amung teams, we are also using is as a form set to help with workflow challenges from sales into our operations environment.

Smartsheet is very easy to use with a team, good to share and with fast edits. It is reliable and the forms feature is good
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes smartsheets deletes and recorrects my work when something looks wrong to it. It is frustrating because then there is wrong data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it easier to track what steps need to be done and alert team members to tasks by sending them a notification

I am highly satisfied with the platform's web accessibility, robust security features, and seamless functionality. The system provides a reliable and user-friendly experience, ensuring both ease of use and strong data protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike about the platform. Overall, it meets my needs effectively with minimal issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet extensively for project management, maintaining RAID logs, and managing project sign-offs. It provides a structured and efficient way to track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Powerful, Simple, and Elegant
What do you like best about the product?
I use SmartSheet daily - mainly for project management and easy coordination across teams. It is a very intuitive product to use and has so much flexibility. I love the SmartSheet Community page as well for connecting with other users who can provide helpful information or show new tips/tricks. I have been using the product for nearly a year and am finding new ways to get more out of it almost every day. It was very easy to learn and very easy to integrate into workflows across everything I am lead on. Customer support is also been extremely kind and helpful when I needed an extra hand. My favorite feature right now is turning the Grid view into Calendar view for project management - it's such a simple way to show off a timeline!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the first column on a Grid/Sheet could be more flexible. Sometimes allowing it to be a dropdown or a checkbox would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps bring coordination and communication to the team in an easy to use, elegant way. When using it, we all stay informed and up to date on a project's status.
Good alternative tool for project coordination and follow up on projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Follow up tools are easy to set up and use, for example creating a check list for a project or a study is very simple and easy to intergrade for end user. I especially like that I can create separate archive which makes archiving process overall easy to manage and data retrieval convenient. I very much like the linking system between multiple sheets. Creating workspaces helps to categorize work between users and limit access for different employees. Similarities to excel help to use functions. Overall I use SS everyday in my work which makes it a good tool for my work, I can easily find answers to my questions trough Smartsheet Learning Center and forums.
What do you dislike about the product?
Used with chrome it can be very taxing on the pc and memory requirement is high when large sheets are edited . There are few weird bugs that can happen with using functions, but over all very minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project coordination is easier to follow. In my previous role I have used SS for a research associate role; study component checks and for preparatory phase. Also for data and notes collection.
I really like that multiple excel files can now be in one place and I can access all of them basically through web browser.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Smartsheet is that you can easily share proofs and attachments with other coworkers for easy collaboration. There is no need for emails or long conversations, and this helps get the job done quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it should be less like excel and more simple to use. It's a bit too much for people who have never used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in the marketing department, and instead of people emailing with ideas and requests, they simply put in a ticket and it is easy to organize between my coworkers and I.

I like the automation and workflow rules, they are a powerful tool for me, today.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have an issue with smarthsheet, I use a tool called "caffeine.exe", it means that, every minute it will emulate a "click" on my screen, because I can't configure the automatic lock screen, this helps me to deal with the setting, but means that very often I loose data on smartsheet, because when I click on cell, and click on another, it deletes the content of the cell.

It makes possible for me to create action plans, this type of project needs reminders, owners, periodic updated, the timeline (gannt) feature is great, all these aspects helps me to deliver what needs to be done with few clicka
Projecr management done efficiently with Smartsheet
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet does an incredible job when it comes to managing project efficiently. Its like spreadsheet but with awesome and tons of features. I can assign tasks, manage them by task, task by status, task due and much more. Automation is another advanced feature of smartsheet that makes management more easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
With tons of features in smartsheet, it gets confusing and takes time to understand it each process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With many teams and department it gets little hard to keep track record of everything and this is where smartsheet comes in act. With smartsheet we can keep a complete track record of tasks, file, deadlines and reminders. It has reduced all follow up process and it does everything on its own and efficiently.
