we are already using smartsheet in Huron, I would recommand smartsheet to my other frineds

What do you like best about the product?
I like Smartsheet for the easy organization is gives me. I am able to input any project I am currently working on with attached links, added comments, and different tools like highlight, strikethrough, bold, etc to keep tracking of past, current, or future projects. I most definitely use Smartsheet every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it was a little confusing on how to work all the features, but the more I played around and got comfortable with it, the easier it got for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows me to track all my projects and keep them in an organized manner. In addition, I am able to share the Smartsheet with any team members so they can also see what I am working on and add anything that needs to be done.

What do you like best about the product?
That multiple people can input their own info into a smartsheet at the same time. It has made collaborating easy on a company and team-wide level.

I haven't found a downside of Smartsheets yet.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Smartsheet can pull data from lots of different sheets to one. I find it incredibly useful to track finances and stay on top of them.
Customer support is great, I had a filtering issue once and the help was excellent.
I use smartsheet every day and find it very useful with tracking all levels of finance.

What do you dislike about the product?
Formulas can be tough to use. It would be great to have more interactive examples laid out for use.
When opening up multiple sheets you cannot open in new tab, which can be quite frustrating.

Smartsheet allows me to keep a close eye on project finances, tracking invoices, tracking costs.
Smartsheet make my work more efficient.

It would automatically update the Dashboard when the data is updated.

The "Report" model has its limitations on grouping in certain specific criteria.

I could build up the different information in different Grids and collect all the information in the Dashboard.
When I update the content in each Grid, the Dashboard would automatically be updated.
This really saves my time in organizing progress reports.

Dashboards are difficult to be built from grid sheets. I am still trying to figure it out.

The main problem in my role is task management, due to the high volume of actions, people and frequent changes in the industry.

Good for our team to track projects and not too expensive.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have multiple different types of sheets within a project and share this with the team. We use it during team catch up meetings and it allows everyone to be on the same page and have access to project progress. Previously we were using excel however this has been easier for us to control from both an access but also the views provided to different team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of users can be tough, would be nice to have guest users that don't take up a license and have read only access but also secure enough that we can control access.
Other parts of the company also use powerbi so some form of cross links to pull data automatically with more controls would be nice. Yes I know there is some form of integration, but our team would like to see more control.
We did also have one issue with the billing where the card failed (our fault due to card change) and whilst support was quick to help it did leave us without access for a couple of days.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smart sheets brings together the best of powerbi, excel, project and other similar software without the massive price tag and requirement for our team to know how to use or implement them together. It's also great being web based as we have some who use macs or other devices so we can provide them access as well.
Extremely painful

You can create forms on smartsheet and integrate with Brandfolder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever since we started the subscription with Smartsheets, I've dealt with N number of people. There has never been one specific support person - it's been different people each time talking different things. it's painful dealing with different people and understanding the portal. We were promised the world during the sales pitch, but there are so many limitations once we subscribed to it. It's surely not worth the amount we pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We haven't been able to use the portal yet as there has been multiple issues launching it along with Brandfolder. The purpose was to get the entire company to send project requests and get reports.
Smartsheet provides seamless communication between me and customer.

The program-ability. I am able to set up automations using smartsheet which saves effort of manual updates.

sometimes when the sheet gets big it gets slow.

Smartsheet allows me to communicate with customer on a live platform. which allows me to avoid massive amount of email exchange.
