Works well for what we need it for
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of formatting, ability to easily create automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Struggle to produce good reports, unable to get a good printed document even using the "generate" function
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us the ability to have multiple users input info and collect and review in one place.
Great for simple stuff and prototyping
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very user friendly and easy to use. Its lack of complicated features make it easy to dive into and start working in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks some features that alternative services like MS Project provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet makes it very easy to generate schedules and update those schedules. Makes creating project baselines and re-baselines a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet offers tons of useful templates that can be used for many purposes. The PMO (Project Management Office) template is especially useful for my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve for some of the more advanced features. I found several helpful Youtube videos on how to get up to speed on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me construct and communicate schedules to the rest of my organization.
Great for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the graphics, the options for "column type," and the accessibility of forms to the public for use without an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking items to the dashboard can be tricky. I always have to look for a reference to remind myself how to link a sheet to the dashboard because it requires a metric to be made before it can be displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet keeps the many moving parts of my project organized. My project requires approval and constant feedback from many different people, and Smartsheet allows me to keep track of approval and feedback seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
The predecessors do a great job as well as resource management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does a really bad job of simulation scenarios whether its forward or backward planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does a great job of calculating start dates and finish dates for a product from the beginning of manufacturing to the end. It also does a great job of making reports based off work centers and using logic to show what tasks are for what work centers.
Powerful tools and Work Management
What do you like best about the product?
It help to steam line the process , work management , help in remote work , easily to keep the track of work .
What do you dislike about the product?
Very difficult for new users , not good in front user wise , difficult in drag and drop .

Smartsheet helps streamline project management ,improving task tracking , automation of workflows, real time visibility in project progress , centralizes the data and communication .
Straightforward and functional!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different ways you can view information; grid or calendar view are what I use most often, and it's helpful to see deadlines displayed in both ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are having issues getting external members to use the smartsheet. They think a lot of the proofing notifications look like spam, so they tend to ignore requests for proof reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet solves a lot of deadline issues our team previously had. We struggled with keeping on schedule because we had multiple deadlines within one project that was hard to keep organized without a project management tool.
The Right Tool for Our Organization
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Smartsheet at my organization for several years now. It is exactly the right tool to help us stay on track with projects, work collaboratively, and increase reliability and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish I had more time to learn how to use the tool even more effectively.

Helps us keep track across many projects; makes reporting key metrics easy; helps with task management.

I did like it's ability to share with outside sources w/o incurring additional expenses

The whole change in how the subscription service has been implemented.

Great for organization and large projects!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a great way to keep our department organized while working on a large project that involves our whole organization. The ability to invite someone to review and proof and leave comments on the document makes our process go smoother, and allows for documentation in 1 area. I also use it for social media content planning, and it is a great tool for keeping my content organized across every platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have some people who we need to review proofs, and they just can't figure out how to get into the proof or press required changes/ approved to let us move onto the next step. It also took me a while to learn the automations, but I never had any formal training

Smartsheet helps to manage our workflow and keep other departments accountable for the changes they are asking us to make.
