More than just a project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It has been really helpful to use as a review tool for our projects. I am able to upload visual proofs and route to my team to allow them to make direct annotations on their feedback, or hit an official "approve" button. It also keeps everything really organized in their own rows, and I'm able to create "rules" to allow for each row to change in color as the status changes. Overall, it helps keep projects seamless and organized throughout for your entire team to follow along, no matter what discipline they are in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can really lag when trying to tag someone on a comment in the reviews. If you hit someone's name it takes a while for it to pick up on who are trying to tag in the comment, or it just won't pick up anyone at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is solving the problem to be able to route files to my entire team to review and have a way to annotate feedback directly on the platform. It keeps everything organized in one spot from the team working on it. deadlines, different file types and necessary info, to being able to saving important files directly in the asset row.
I use it since this is the common platform defined by the company to set the Goals.

Not user friendly, lack the same features os MS Excel

It organizes the way I tracke the achievement of Marketing objectives with my team.

What do you like best about the product?
The reports feature on Smartsheets is really helpful for our team. We work with a lot of external collaborators and have set up folders with reports for all of them, which keeps everyone up to date and in the loop without having to check in via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could add filters on sheets without messing up reports and dashboards that pull from the sheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were previously keeping track of all of our projects in Excel and ended up with multiple versions of the same sheet and collaborators getting incorrect information. Now that we have smartsheets, everything is updated in real time and all of our team members can edit and collaborate on reports together. Makes project and task management more efficient and seamless.
Smartsheet has made my day-to-day job more efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very easy to use and has a lot of features that allow me to design complicated systems that are easy to implement that we can use frequently. More specifically, the ability to create forms is my favorite feature because it has simplified how we collect data, and the ability to take photos and include multiple photos for each line is something we use on a daily basis. All around it's a great product!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more advanced options for creating dashboards similar to how Power BI can filter through data to create dashboards, and having more chart options would be nice. I currently create some of my dashboards in Power BI but would prefer to do it all within Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've created several Smartsheet documents where our team can pull up a form to input data (safety, quality, improvements, etc.) that is then used to determine what direction we should go in terms of improvements. That same Smartsheet document then acts a project management tool where we add action item owners making it clear to everyone who owns what and what the status is of that specific project or task. Our results are then published on a dashboard for everyone to see to highlight areas we've improved and other areas we need to work on.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to collaborate with my collegues on certain assignments and also like that it sends email reminders about upcoming due dates and changes to shared workspaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little bit to understand how everything works and has been a bit difficult getting our team on board. However, the help videos are very useful in getting new users started.

Collaboration and communication on assignments.

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to set up a survey. Results are easy to read and keep track of. We use it to collect staff feedback, as well as keep track of budgets and other line items. We also use it for requests, so we just plug the link into the handbook or other documents and people can access through that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some difficulty figuring out the interface and where to edit the survey. But once I figured that out, I haven't had any additional troubles. I don't use it for anything too complicated.

I appreciate using it as a living survey to track expenses and requests.

Formulas and reports could be improved. Barcode scanning is a great feature, but could use improvement

Collaborative project management with time stamping and record keeping where all employees can be on same page
Effective and useful
What do you like best about the product?
Within a production environment there can be various non-value adding tasks which needs capturing for accurate cost analysis, the smart sheet forms have proven to be really useful for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use web based smartsheet and every time I login the verification code gets sent across to my registered email ID which takes annoyingly long time to come in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing non value added tasks and generating revenue out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet helps me a lot with my project management, it is user-friendly, flexibility and collaborative etc. I use it everyday during my project progress and track actions which we must follow to complete. Thanks to its great functionality, my work made easier with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features may incur additional costs. And it requires a stable internet connection while using it. Better had some education materials for beginners.

It is increased efficiency, improved collaboration with peers and better decision-making tool. The platform's customization features allow users to tailor it to their specific needs, making it versatile for various types of projects.
