Great work management and collaboration tool. Integration can be easier
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a great work management and collaboration tool.
Real-Time Collaboration: Enables multiple team members to update tasks, share files, and communicate in real time.
Customizable Workflows & automation: Supports tailored workflows, from project tracking to task automation. Helps automates repetitive tasks, reduce manual admin work, and get notifications for changes or upcoming deadlines.
Simplicity and Flexibility: Easy to use with spreadsheet-like functionality, while also allowing complex project management features like Gantt charts.

What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with popular tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Slack exists but is not intuitive. Also Visual Planning Tools like Gantt charts, Kanban boards can be made easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Critical, large scale program management. Timeline management. Reminders for critical tasks.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, ease of implementation. We use it very frequently. the customer support is really helpful. It has a lot of features that help us navigate our works easily. The fact that we can integrate excel files and images easily helps us increase efficiency and accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally we have not come across any downside to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking inventory, tracking invoices, helping create data bases to fall back to, etc,.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how SS allows to keep everything orangized throughout the process of our orders working alongside each customer. Provides me detailed reports with everything I need

Sometimes when i would save after my edits it wouldnt save

Smart Sheet recently had an update that allowed us to be more organized with our sheets

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet allows for customization of dashboards, reports & automations and a great way to organize project management documents
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of limitations with Smartsheet. In addition, it's been challenging to understand the enterprise licensing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our organization to see project management information in one place
Great cloud based software tool to share with stakeholders.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and sharing. Ability to customize columns and create unique filters. Great tool for sharing lists and tasks and keeping comments and attachments. We use it frequently for tracking meetings with individuals outside of the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we want it to be better than it is. A large complex project is not easy to do with SS and we find MSP is still the answer. For small to medium projects or milestone only tracking it is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency among stakeholders. Cuts down on having to send email meeting minutes or updates and allows us to follow comments and updates directly in SS.

The sheets do not update in real time if someone else uses it

It helps me track tasks that need to be repeated on a time sensitive basis
Powerful Tool that Keeps Getting Better
What do you like best about the product?
My job responsibilities recently changed and I needed to return to using Smartsheet after a hiatus of several years. I remembered enough to jump right back but the UI has improved and features like in-sheet summaries seem (to me) to be better than ever. I'm looking forward to learning about the all the updates I've missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenges I continue to have is the inability to import and use graphics in meaningful ways, on dashboards, for example. To be specific, if I calculate the project's risk value, I'd like to display custom graphics to represent the result (because my stakeholders are highly visually oriented).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently using it to prepare a project schedule, and plan to continue using it to share task assignments with my team. I like the ability to create dependencies for tasks. I just wish I could enable baselines for the whole project once and be done with it, instead of needing to re-enable it after adding more tasks.
Good for collaboration without over-complication
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to work collaboratively on multiple sheets with multiple users. Allows for export to other software. Easy to build and present dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often laggy and slow. Creating links to outside material can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for easy review of project status and progress.
Easy to use, lots of things to do
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that I can track projects and activities within the project. I love the fact that Dashboards can be created within the same tool for presentations without needing to go to a different tool to complete ti
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot export some data in a simple manner or that if I try to link it to a MS office tool is more difficult to do so

Delegation of tasks for different project members
Makes project managing very efficient!

I love that is generally easy to use and allows me to keep track of every step of my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is a bit of a learning curve with some of the more advanced features, such as automating notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management, project management, and collaboration are all solved with Smartsheet as it allows me to keep on top of projects and individual tasks as well as collaborate with my team and stakeholders.
