What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way to get more detailed spreadsheets and automate notifications about certain things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very disappointed with customer service. Actually, considered cancelling our subscription because of how bad our customer service experience has been.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as a spreadsheet to keep track of subcontractors and vehicles.

Ease of use and creating schedules cool.

Unable to print whole in one sheet for its too lengthy.

What do you like best about the product?
It simplifies the work and I can use maintain all sheets under one roof. Linking between sheets is the best part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data takes time to reflect if it is fetching the data from another sheet. This is sometime frustrating. I need to refresh the pages to reflect

Smartsheet solves the problem of accessibility and real-time collaboration by allowing me to access important information anytime. Including on my phone through the Smartsheet app. This ensures that I always have the necessary data at my fingertips, making it easier to track progress
Great tool. Good for progress and finance tracking, as well as reminders.
What do you like best about the product?
In my case, I use Smartsheet to track the progress of projects and the finances of them. Smartsheet sends me reminders when an invoice needs to be sent so I don't forget. I use it daily, the whole platform is easy to use. There's lots of different features that can benefit everyone as required. The sheets are fully customisable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can consider at this time.

Tracking the progress of projects and their finances. I can send myself notes to complete certain tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It has different tools to cover the most important aspects of program/project management. It's simple to apprehend. I'm giving my opinion from a user perspective.

There's nothing I think about that I see missing in Smartsheet

What do you like best about the product?
Individual task management template with the Dashboard. I like the following features more:

Auto-save timing. It would be great if there was an option for automatic saving the sheet.

It is helping me manage not only tasks but also manpower resources.
Learning curve but incredibly useful
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to combine spreadsheets into dashboards that are easy to look at quickly. I also love that you can create a form that will input directly into a spreadsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
BIG learning curve and the visuals of the spreadsheet and comment fields are just not as smooth and streamlined as google sheets, which my team is used to working with. We have had a difficult time integrating it into our full team's workflow, though the project managers use it often. Our team has not had proper training on the program and need someone in our industry to provide us with more of a guide.

As a team without many tangible metrics, this program is allowing us to document all of our work- both what I am doing myself, as well as the other members of my team in order to provide a case to leadership for our value
Versatile and Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility it gives to small & big companies. It has a handful of integration to other software/apps and is easy to use

MFA was late introduced and the learning curve for complex sheets is steep

Given the customization, "rules of engagement" understanding takes time....professional services related to onboarding can be improved to make this easier for users and admins rolling out the tool within their orgs
