i enjoy using smartsheets for project prep and scheduling for our business. it allows flexibility in out schedule but also shows our requirements.

i would like a place to add logos for my company as well as the end customer for professional touch

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Smartsheet makes it to track and assess the health of many projects in one location. Because of Smartsheet's ability to easily integrate within it's own system, it is easy to connect projects into a program or portfolio level. The customization of dashboards and reports makes it easy to create artifacts for various different stakeholders, and capture and visualize the data in a user-friendly way.
My whole team uses Smartsheet daily, and onboarding them is easy due to Smartsheet easily implementing custom solutions. Customer support helps with these custom implementations greatly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet has it's limitations. I think there are some gaps that can exist when using or administering Smartsheet. One thing that has continuously caused pain points is the lack of ability to use dates that are the output of an equation for gantt charting and scheduling.
Another pain point is the difficulty to integrate other services into Smartsheet. My team has struggled a lot to automate tying PDF reports exported from QuickBooks into sheets on Smartsheet. Ideally, Smartsheet would be the holistic solution to all of our project management needs, but beacuse of gaps in Smartsheet capabilities, we have to have multiple services to get the job done.

Smartsheet solves the problem of consistant collaboration. Previous to using Smartsheet, project managers would track their projects independently. Being able to see the company's portfolio at a glance greatly helps in making strategic decisions at the higher level.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes tracking thing easy, I like that I can create automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its great if everyone one is into using the system, but is hard when your user adoption is low. Lots of people would rather just use excel.

It allows multiple users to collaborate on projects. It also allows us to automate tasks and remind us on very administratively burdensome tasks.

My faviorite thing about smartsheets is the report tracking and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want a trend line on the line charts and the scatter charts. It is difficult to ensure that the orientation is correct as far as which data needs to be in the columns vs the rows, but I know that is somewhat essential to the tracking that I do appreciate.

We're able to essentially create our own databases for things which has really convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet to quickly create and edit Gantt charts for various stages of design and construction. The interface is intuitive and attractive. We are a small business and find Smartsheet to be scalable to our needs and find the pricing plan (Pro version) to be one of the best out there.

There's a bit of a learning curve to utilize the full features of Smartsheet, however for basic project management it's quite simple.

Smartsheet is helping us foresee potential scheduling risks and allowing use to make easy edits as projects progress.
