What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can review tasks and data in different ways to present needed information to different audiences with different needs. I also like that it is user friendly and intuitive. I love the calendar features, the card view, and the reports. It makes project management so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a guide to help with formulas. I often use the community page and the links within the formulas help for basic queries, but I often have complex queries and would like more information on how to use these. I would also like expanded views in the calendar application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes project management so much easier and organized. I love that I can track tasks, ask for updates, make comments, and share links in one place. When my manager asks where things are, she always says, "It's in the smartsheet, right?" and she hadn't used smartsheet before working with me. I also like the workflow process that automates the project.
Provides a means of scheduling and communication that helps us know what needs to be done.
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using smart sheet is we can have all our scheduling in one place. We can plan out a project start to finish and assign specific tasks to team members to make sure everything is getting done on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features I wish it had that it doesn't. I wish I could format a report separately from the main sheet it is pulling from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a platform that we can do our scheduling and communication all in on place. We use it to set and track goals, build schedules for projects, assign tasks to team members, and more.

smartsheets is making our project managers oversee their jobs, budgets, accountability and hours more easily
Smartsheet automatically update data through written formulas, and presents detailed information.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to take data from a sheet and make it into a graph or chart on a dashboard. I use Smartsheet everyday as part of my daily tasks. Once you get your formulas created it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Writing formulas can be tedious when creating sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to collaborate with other areas within my department.
Learning Smartsheets and how to customize it for the business has been a positive experience
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can customize many of the functions, sheets, dashboards and reporting in Smartsheet is a positive aspect of the program

I have not yet encountered any aspect of Smartsheet which I can classify as a disklike

It is helping stream line how we do our projects and provide all team members with access to all projects

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Smartsheet has most of the functions you can find in Microsoft Excel and is incredibly user friendly. It is an optimized environment rather than a complex workbook.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Smartsheet had even more options for creating charts as well as additional Microsoft Excel features.

improved efficiency in workstream processes with auto mated notifications, updates, and dashboards on statuses and key business metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a simple yet effective collaboration tool, allowing the sharing of information between teams and updates without constant emails and versioning of spreadsheets or plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Emails received by customers to log into smartsheet and set themselves up come from Smartsheet and are not branded as coming from our organisation so sometimes this gets treated as spam or junk

Collaboration of information, enabling customers to get up to speed on projects and the information required quickly

What do you like best about the product?
Smart sheet has been a great middle ground for my team to manage developer test scenario management and test execution tracking. Middle ground I meant is I needed a relatively simple and quick way to manage test scenario and execution with swim-lane like flows but JIRA or HP Test Center are too heavy to use but other tools like Trello are not available in our company at this moment.

Image viewer seems to have room to improve

What do you like best about the product?
intuitive scheduling and gantt tools that have only gotten better with time
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the linking/dependencies processes I think should be able to be more intuitive " to know what I want to do when I try to move a date back and intuit how to make it work instead"

It's been very positive and has helped our organization improve our effectiveness.

Reports can be a little cumbersome to create.
