Great experience using Smartsheet.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to complete field data through the app taking away the need for paper notes on site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of time to figure out how all the functions worked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking away field written notes on site which may come to the team processing the data untidy, difficult to read, and easily lost. With smartsheet, the data is recorded and stored with no issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is the ability to collaborate with the project team. We can spin up project plan in no time with all the templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably not so much a dislike, but it would be great to be able to collaborate with team members on making updates reflected directly without the need to refresh the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are also using Smartsheet for the resource management which helps the business to identify the resourcing needs.
Smartsheet is easy to navigate. It is good for collaboration and tracking.

You can work as a team and allow certain people to comment or view
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime lines get overwritten if people are busy on the same line and not saving or refreshing the sheet.

The sheet is live and this helps with collaboration.

The ease of generating specific reports and dashboards by need

Ability to create links to specific filters in the sheet from a report. not all excel formulas are supported

Consolidate multiple data points into a single dashboard view to track executive status and progress, as well as identifying risks proactively

Highly customizable and easy for clients to learn.

Smartsheet is similar to Excel in that it is only limited by the user's creativity. There aren't any aspects of it that I can think of that I strongly dislike.

Smartsheet increases the smoothness of communication between my team and our client.

Workout editor permissions you can't do much except view work.

Smartsheet - A solid tool for project management and reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a solid tool for project management and reporting, especially if you want something that feels like Excel but with way more automation and collaboration features. It’s great for tracking projects, managing workflows, and building dashboards, plus it’s cloud-based and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not the cheapest option, and while it’s user-friendly at first, some of the advanced features take time to learn. It also doesn’t handle massive datasets as well as Excel or Tableau. Overall, it’s a great choice if you need better reporting and teamwork features, but maybe not the best if you're on a tight budget or need heavy-duty data analysis.

Automation of reminders

I like the ability to create workflows and notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than some of the automation, Smartsheet is really no better than a google sheet. It needs improvement on it's UX to make it feel more modern and user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that you can easily share with clients in order to show them project progress, and assign them tasks with due date notifications.

Aside that it is easy to use. Smartsheet can also provide many options for data.

I think there's nothing to dislike about this.

Providing summary, data analysis and data projection

Useful for keeping track of my project tasks and easy to learn for someone new to project management
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface aesthetic appears colder and there are URL glitches that can occur, requiring me to wait several hours before trying to link a URL to a task again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is allowing me to build out and manage project timelines as someone new to project management. It also allows me, as a user and team member, to manage my varying tasks across multiple projects and stay on track.
