Great collaboration tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet enables our team to collaborate seamlessly by allowing us to make notes, track progress, and stay aligned on tasks. The intuitive interface makes it easy to use, and the powerful filters help us quickly find the information we need. It’s an invaluable tool for staying organized and in sync. We are able to create a dashboard that we review every week and keep up to date on the daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still new to Smartsheet, but you always have to be online and it takes getting used to some of the features after using excel and google docs for so long.

Smartsheet provides a centralized location for our offices to store all essential information, making it easy to organize and share. Its dashboard feature allows us to seamlessly compile and review key data together, improving collaboration and efficiency.
User-Friendly Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is easy to use, beginners will start using it right away without needing extensive training. What I like most is the flexibility it offers in creating dashboards and reports, which allows me to visualize key information. It can connect different sheets, which helps me with maintaining consistency and data integrity. Managing workload across multiple team is very easy, as moving lines from one smart sheet to another is wonderful option.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have encountered occasional response errors when working with more complex sheets or during peak times. It causes problems with line transmission between sheets which can be very problematic in my work where deadlines are of highest importance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is solving several key problems related to project management. With customizable dashboards and reports I can create great visualizations, and automations features can help me with repetitive tasks. Dashboards and individual reports helps our team to keep up to date with workload and our management can easily distribute tasks on a daily basis.
Ease of Use and great for data collection
What do you like best about the product?
We use Smartsheet for credentialing our team. It keeps a record of all the team members and we love the logic options. Also, any product enhancements from customers we have our CSRs complete a form for easy submission and tracking.

It would be helpful to have walk through videos. How to's.

What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
The positive aspect of Smartsheet was its online availability. However, it was cumbersome since not being on the enterprise mode meant constant login and access requests. I used it, mostly due to my novice understanding of Smartsheet, for project management. We were looking for a tool that allowed for repeatable projects and process-oriented governance.
What needs improvement?
I have a novice understanding of Smartsheet, so I sought a solution more suited to repeatable projects and process-oriented governance. More intuitive access without constant logins would be beneficial.
For how long have I used the solution?
I used Smartsheet for about a two or three-month period as an end user. We were consumers of it, while another firm championed its project management use.
What was my experience with deployment of the solution?
I found the setup to be straightforward.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I think Smartsheet would scale fine.
How are customer service and support?
I do not have much experience with Smartsheet's customer service.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We've used monday.com and Smartsheet sparingly but are focusing on one PPM tool right now.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup was straightforward. On a scale of one to ten, I would rate it as a six or seven.
What about the implementation team?
Deploying Smartsheet would probably involve about sixty to eighty people, ranging from C-suite down to the project management role.

What other advice do I have?
Smartsheet from my understanding is more of a project management tool, while Lucidchart is for process flow documentation. They’re different tools. Overall, on a scale of one to ten, I would rate Smartsheet as a seven. While my knowledge is limited, I would recommend others considering a PPM tool to consider Smartsheet.
It's easy to use, nice collaboration tool, and provide insightful dashboards.

The Dashboard functionality so far, is definitely the best piece I've used so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sheets themselves are not the easiest to use, cross referencing sheets is still a bit clunky, it should be cleaner to use.

I can definitely do a lot, from easy planning to hefty dashboards integrated with google forms, and it's great for a quick planning check

The UX could be nicer for communicating timelines, and I would like better integration with Gsuite/Slack. My team doesn't like opening it up to check. I end up managing it and no one else is tracking with it

Hard to live without Smartsheet
What do you like best about the product?
Throughout my career, I often get compliments on how organized I am. I contribute this almost entirely to Smartsheet. I use the program daily to track action items, save important files to the action items and be an ongoing reference for issues that occurred during the lifetime of the construction projects. I also find the program extremely intuitive and can easily get new teams on board and familiar with the features and capabilities. I have had less computer literate employees able to update action items and create simple schedules and have had other employees accel with creating dashboards, reports and PowerBi integration. I am at the point where I find it difficult to function without the program, I recommend it to all and feel it is an easy and efficient program for project management and many other disciplines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Smartsheet is the cost. My previous company eliminated it as a program we could use as a result of this. I convinced my new company to buy a small license for the first year, but am unable to get it renewed going forward.

Live schedules and action item lists. Also, saving files associated with particular action items. Having the ability to save files to a specific line item is amazing, I am not aware of another software capable of this.
