One of the best tool
What do you like best about the product?
It has simplified difficult tasks. The ease to use and an option for multiple reminders as done wonders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing which is major, few minor issues like CTRL D option missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The option for multiple reminders to different group at one go.
Useful but I miss the ease of offline excel

Integrations with other tools such as Jira is handy.
Saved filters means switching between views is quick and simple.
Sometimes it makes complex workflows easier than trying to do the same in excel.

Workflow is not as fast as excel.
Offline working is not possible - there is a local client but it's basically a browser.
Dashboards are OK, but can be tedious to maintain - adding a new month to a dataset means manual updates of all graphs to include the new cells.
Multiple tabs in browser is not as clean as multiple sheets in one excel.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with Jira to have an automated status update on items is the main problem being solved for my usecases.
My expericence has been challanging and rewarding all at once
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet helps keep me on top of my workload, making it easier not to forget what upcoming jobs need to be completed and ensuring I don't miss the time frames for our clients. It has also made it a lot easier to manage our vehicle fleet, ensuring our vehicles' maintenance stays up to date. I use Smartsheet daily and am always learning new things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real thing I have struggled with is customising the automation and formulas to make them do what I need them to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a wide range of options and reports to help avoid missing deadlines for out clients helps us avoid any issues with future work.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Smartsheet really helpful because it’s easy to use like a spreadsheet, but it also lets me manage projects and tasks better. I like that I can set up automatic reminders, track progress, and keep all updates, files, and comments in one place. It’s great for working with a team because everyone can see what’s going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that free users are unable to use the filter option. I also wish there were some Excel features that I wish Smartsheet had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an easy way for everyone to see the status of a project.
Easy to use and beautiful graphics
What do you like best about the product?
I do not use it in full capabilities because I still need to get more expert, but I feel is an easy program to use and learn. The GC's of my projects like it because they can understand the schedules easy becuase of the graphics and is easy to modify when need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I do not know how to use it 100% yet.

Give me a great tool to create schedules and modify them when need it.
Tricky to get set up, but very powerful once you get the hang of it
What do you like best about the product?
I like the workflows and automatic notifications that go out and keep me from having to chase down and babysit all my project team members. I like being able to easily pull reporting and dashboards and customize them to show exactly what I want to see. Having my sheets all linked together with Resource Management helps me look after my team more actively and ensure no one is overloaded. I also love the integration with Jira and how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the entire ecosystem built out was a struggle and creating some of the logic was legitimately difficult. I was able to build something that I think is pretty cool but it took quite a lot of time and trial and error to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
understanding the bigger picture of the entire portfolio from the highest to the most detailed level and being able to quickly generate accurate reports and KPIs for snr leadership.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet creates one central platform for everyone to collaborate and the ID & timestamping is critical for accountability
Very helpful for completing group tasks
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to communicate with others through comments, assigning tasks, and notifying via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a further subscription to add smart equations in cells, such as "if a=x, then b=y"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows everyone on my team to communicate and have a clear tracking of that communication, task completion, and future tasks.
Smartsheet has been a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of smartsheet for us has been the integration of an intake form to populate with events across our entire company. From there, we've been able to set up dashboards with different levels of visibility, saving us from having to pull reports as requested and share with leadership. I do not miss having to manually input event info from emails/another intake form outside of smartsheet. We also really like having this feed directly into our Kanban board, so we can see time commitments across the team. So much of the work we were doing previously is now automated, which is helpful considering we have lost some team members in the past year and are needing to work really lean.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside for me has been needing a developer to help us with some of our more complicated integrations. It would have been nice to have been able to handle some of that directly, without having to involve another colleague. That being said, a lot of these integrations were complicated, so it does make some sense that it would be beyond a regular users abilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. There is never enough time for all the things, but by freeing up some administrative time on our team with Smartsheet, we're able to spend our time doing more brain-intensive tasks.
Great tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has a lot of functionality that is extremely helpful in tracking progress for milestones for a project. Those who are familiar with other scheduling software will find many similarities. The web-based platform is great for sharing with coworkers and supervisors, and there are plugins that increase the functionality even more for staying on track of due dates. There is a lot more functionality than what I'm currently using, and I'm looking forward to learning more about how we can better integrate this into our workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to link or integrate different sheets into a single workspace. Our team has multiple projects at various stages. It would be great if we could more easily track them in separate sheets, but then pull that data into a central sheet for reporting. I imagine this is an existing feature, but we're not experienced enough with the program to figure it out.

Smartsheet has become a critical tool for tracking the progress of our development pipeline. It helps us ensure that milestones are met and on time.
