Amazing Smartsheets
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use code within the smartsheets for additional functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of the DataShuttle for small business

The ability for staff all over to be able to capture the data that is needed without any hassles or issues

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it serves the purpose for our users. It seems that it is fit for our purposes and fills a gap in our technology needs
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the admin interface and the general way it works where IT staff do not have visibility of what sheets exist or the ability to see who administers them a bit confusing. We often get users asking us to give them access to a sheet and I cannot do it, I also can't even refer them to the actual sheet owner because I cannot see that it exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was not involved in the decision making process for this so I am unsure of what exactly most of our users use it for

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to house data amongst several parties and the backwards compatibility for our other end user platforms. Very easy to use and workable for multiple platforms

The data limit is an issue, but also we house a large amount of data and can be expected

Ability to integrate platforms that are international

Nothing in particular, because all the tolls in the software are perfect for my job.

This was very easy to navigate and select what was needed.

I didn't experience any cons for the time I used this.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to filter and sort, and hide projects that are complete. I can admit that the software can do much more than I use it for.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've set up smartsheet exactly as we like, so I dont have anything to complain about. The only inconvenience ever caused was when the system was down and we had no access. We've been using Smartsheet for years and have only had this happen about twice, so not a big deal at all.

Certainly helps us keep track of our order production status with our factories

I like that all of my tasks are listed in one place. It's easy to navigate and see what I need to work on next.

I find linking text can be hard. I haven't properly trained on how to use Smartsheet, but just trying to navigate it/learn it myself, I haven't been able to figure out how to link text. I would like to be able to highlight the text I want to add a link to, right click and add the link (like in Microsoft).

We have a lot of moving parts throughout the year with various projects/day to day tasks. Smartsheet helps keep us organized and on track.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet offers a familiar spreadsheet-like interface with powerful automation, collaboration, and reporting capabilities. It’s incredibly easy to onboard teams and scale across multiple projects. Features like conditional formatting, automated reminders, and real-time updates make managing tasks and timelines much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it’s a great platform overall, the mobile interface can be a bit limited and some advanced features require a learning curve. Also, licensing and access management can get complex in larger teams without clear user-role strategies.

Smartsheet is helping solve several key problems around project visibility, collaboration, and workflow automation.

SmartSheets for Team Data and Usage
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can collaborate with co-workers and still have a secure network that I don't have to worry about confidential data getting out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's getting more user friendly, but not super that way just yet. I'd love to see more tutorials.

Being able to collaborate quickly and easily.
