Efficiency, collaboration, and project performance visibility!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create dashboards and reports that provides real time visibility to my projects performance. I also like the new template based project creation and the collaboration features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any major reason that deserve to be described here, overall is a great application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet gives me the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, providing all the features I need to report accurate updates and performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Possibiity to full customize my graphs, really intuitive interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is quite difficult to fully customize some tabs. I would suggest to give th user more freedom about tabs movement

Possibility to keep track of all our internal/external activities

What do you like best about the product?
The Project Plan view and Grant Chart benchmarking feature. As well as the ability to have external people to my organization get access to view their projects progress any time they link.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organisation I work for has strict IT security protocols, which limits the tools we can use. However, the client insisted on a project plan management approach that would allow them to view progress in real time. The only approved platform that met both our internal requirements and the client’s expectations was Smartsheet.
We went ahead and purchased Basic licences, assuming this would be more than sufficient for a single project. But now that the client is requesting slightly more advanced dashboard views and summaries, we have hit an absurd roadblock. A basic feature like “Group By”, which is critical for displaying and sorting dashboard widgets correctly, is not available on the Basic licence.
This is absolutely ridiculous.
“Group By” and “Sort By” are fundamental functions in any data-driven tool. To lock such a core capability behind a higher-tier licence makes no practical sense—especially when it directly impacts the usability and performance of standard dashboards. If Smartsheet is going to restrict basic functionality like this, they may as well do away with the lower-tier licence altogether.
We are only using Smartsheet for this one client project, and upgrading just to access features that should be standard is simply not financially viable. It feels exploitative.

Smartsheet is helping me efficiently manage and coordinate global service installations by streamlining project planning, enhancing visibility, and improving team collaboration across time zones and regions.
Smartsheet is one of the best software I have used for tracking and assigning tasks

I like that the app is super organized and the tools are very helpful in allowing me to allocate tasks, follow up on existing tasks, and create new tasks

It could be a bit more user friendly in a way that it allows users to easily navigate through certain options and filter feature could be made easy to navigate

There is a decent learning curve compared to Microsoft Office.

Working across organizations. Helping streamline PO requests. Managing annual budget. Tracking projects/workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate easily with others. Being able to work with multiple different people on complex projects and have all the information needed and anyone's finger tips.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the connectivity between sheets is difficult to navigate. The dashboard and overall reports are quite difficult to get exactly right and always seem to be one step short from being exactly how we'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest asset to Smartsheet is connectivity. Being able to interact with others on complex projects is smooth, fast and , easy. Previously everything that needed to be done on a project had to be run through email and it was so difficult to keep up and track.
