- SSO not working with the App sometimes

- Its providing me a platform to collaborate with my colleagues, capture their feedback and run automation.

Great tool to manage projects and keep everyone in the loop
What do you like best about the product?
The best functionalities about smartsheet are that everyone can easily access them, whether its people in my company or clients. Smartsheets guide also has made it very accessible to learn new functions and set up new dashboards etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of smartsheet are complex for new users to get their head around, and it would be better if some AI tools or help guides were implemented for setting up more complex projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps align our agency and clients needs as we can create live timelines that keep everyone in the loop and up to date. The dashboard function has also been useful to manage different jobs and projects under a single client, and it keeps everything in one place in an organised manner.

From a user perspective, ease of use, intuitive, self-help resources are easy to find

From the super admin perspective, it can get quite overwhelming, especially when you are a team of 1

Genuinely love Smartsheet!
What do you like best about the product?
I love smartsheet because it extremely easy to use, very compatible across multiple users, and very easy to work with when it comes the number of different column types you can have. For example, the you have haves an auto filling date or a check box or just a plain box etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to formulas, they are not always the easiest to work out how to use. Once you have used it for long enough, it will be come familiar, but its not always the easiest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it helps with is project management. All the info for 1 project can be on one line with easy checkboxes.

There are so many ways to filter which makes my life a lot easier

There are very few downsides but one thing I don't like is that you can't merge cells.

Above Smartsheets ease of use and implementation, their great customer support and numerous features, doesnt come close to the amount of time that has been saved using the software over the past 11yrs.

The only downside that I have experienced using the software was the date format not been able to be changed to dd/mm/year
