I mainly use the calendar GANTT for project scheduling purposes
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use in creating a project calendar in GANTT form.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used the features for planning or coordination purposes with my team. We currently use Trello but may move to another platform soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I only use the Calendar feature for project proposals and preliminary project calendars.

What do you like best about the product?
The things I like about Smartsheet are how organized it is. I appreciate the different formats it has. I lie how the folders are organized as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A At the moment I do not have any negative feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get several requests for multiple things such as Fedex, new supplier requests, parking reservations, etc. It definitely helps us stay alerted with the different requests coming our way.
Clear Sheet Management
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the system and ability to collaborate with team members to populate data. The Reports and Dashboards in Smartsheet enable my teams to see key updates and have visibility across portfolios. The ability to clone project templates and equip Project Managers with their own folders (Sheets, Reports, Project Dashboards), enables them to focus on the project itself, and having reporting and KPIs being an automated function that they don't have to explicitly worry about. The ease of implementation is superb, allowing my team to quickly onboard and benefit from the tool. My team frequently uses it to manage projects and key stakeholders are able to quickly access key data points that drives decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Dashboard functionality could be improved slightly. For example, having PowerBI functionality such as Slicing data would be really easy for key stakeholders to drill down data within the Dashboard itself. In current state, we have to adjust the Reports themselves to see the split of Line of Business, Owner, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of Portfolio management and clear project management practices. It enables me and my teams to work together and see project data that enables data-driven decision making.
Ease of use and implement between systems
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets is a reliable way to organize my professional and personal life without ever skipping a beat! I tend to be staffed on multiple projects at once with internal and external users. The way that Smartsheet is able to organize items in an easy to comprehend and trackable manner is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not currently have any downsides. The biggest issue is that sometimes the system is slow but it could be due to my Wi-Fi not the app itself.

It is allowing me to track projects with my cworkers and send reports out to key stakeholders to provide updates.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Smartsheet for years to organize information and make shared projects/workflows more efficient. The overall workspace is intuitive with plenty of expanding capabilities to make my life easier- and when I lack the knowledge of how to set up something new, I can get fast support from knowledgeable people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is copying and pasting directly out of a cell Smartsheet. It will put your pasted content in quotation marks, so you need to remember to delete them, or take the extra steps of selecting all the text before copying and pasting (which defeats the purpose of quickly copying a cell).

Centralizing information that is shared by multiple teams and adding workflows and automation that once took many additional steps.

Allows you to create different customized views to reflect current processes

Can be similar to excel which we would like to stray away from and create more automation

One of the most helpful aspects of Smartsheet is its convenience—it's easy to use. I also really like the design; it's clear, well-organized, and visually appealing with its use of color.

One thing I dislike is that there are so many features, which can make it a bit overwhelming at first and require some time to learn.

It solves the problem of tracking multiple tasks, deadlines, and communications across different tools.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about smartsheet is that it clearly has such a vast range of features and applications. I really like how many templates smartsheets has to choose from. I also like that the sheets are collaborative and on the internet so they are easily accessible by multiple users at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dont like is that I do not find it very self explanatory how to use the different templates and features in smartsheets. Sometimes I start a new template because it seems like it would be great for my application, but then I become overwhelmed because I dont know how to make it work. I also dont like that I sometimes have to manually save the document. I would prefer it always autosave like google docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is solving the problem of what status a certain task has. Because the person responsible for the specific task can mark it as complete and I am automatically notified, I am able to better track tasks in a project I am managing.
Another problem smartsheet is solving is, similar to google drive, it lets me have different kinds of sheets all in one place.
