SO User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly Smartsheet is. It's so easy to manipulate and customize for specific and unique needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be wonky / not update when I'm trying to update things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is helpful in solving periods of high volume, so i am able to put together timelines / assign to team members and see what their workload is looking like.

What do you like best about the product?
It can handle a wide variety of use cases with ease ranging from simple to complex ones.
And similarly across all the teams as well.

The number of add-ons might at time get a bit overwhelming.

It helps in removing the silos between different teams and serves as a central platform for the task/projects.

The user friendliness of it. It's very easy to use and great for tracking data.

Nothing specific. Very easy to use and I like the ease of it

We can use it across all departments for everyone to track on information. We also use it to track commission for sales and referrals

For our industry - The fit-out and interior design of office spaces - it is helping everyone within our team collaborate and understand what work/projects are going on or tasks needing to be completed - it has massively improved our organisastion skills and ability to plan for the future
Versatile online project plan tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. You can access it anywhere and share with colleagues for an up-to-date viewpoint - no need to send multiple PDFs (although that is an option) when you have a"live" link.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say its focus is leaning towards trying to do too many things and not keeping the product to it's original use. I would say SS should look to collaborate rather than rebuild similar products/features that already exist.

Clear online tool that lets you creat project plans that everyone can use and understand.
Easy to use database experience
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface for a database. Really simple and allows attaching documents, comments, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't support multiple users editing on the same sheet as you can with Excel online.

Asset list management, maintenance contracts management, alerts set up.
