What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is easy to use and is employee friendly. All the data is confidential and easy to access.

Nothing, I like how it processes the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's can contain various data and easy to fetch the information which has been entered. Additionally, it keeps the information intact and confidential and doesn't give any glitch. Also, it has major security options to use.
Very useful tool. Helps the team to organize/track ALL tasks

The most helpful part of smartsheet is the flexibility of the worksheets and the I can track the accuracy of my records, in terms of account, programme, time and progress schedule specially works the best for my field in construction management

The most important part of smarthseet is to track the projects - commercial performance, reflecting the key performance indicator which helps me identify the crucial areas which needs to be focused on. Really works great

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very user-friendly & cloud-based system helps my teams at different sites & offices manage projects, track progress, and collaborate in real time. The main features I like are customizable dashboards, automation, seamless integrations, and versatile views like Gantt charts and Kanban boards. It improves transparency, efficiency, and accountability across various workflows.
As, I'm using it almost all the day, the password remembering option is great. (I've my screen off feature when I'm away)

What do you dislike about the product?
While Smartsheet is powerful and flexible, it can be costly for smaller teams. It also lacks robust built-in communication tools, and mobile app has limited functionality compared to the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Electrical Test Engineer, Smartsheet helps me solve key problems like managing test schedules, organizing data, tracking changes and issues, improving team collaboration, and ensuring compliance. It also streamlines workflows and optimizes resource use for more efficient testing operations.

It's easy to use. The screen does not overload you with information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to allow me to pre-submit the whole month and at Friday be advised to submit, if not reviewed the information would be automatically submitted Monday morning.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how user-friendly Smartsheet is, and the incredible potential it represents. I use it almost every day for project management purposes, but it has many different uses and applications. I really love the ability to create dashboards, and how easy it is to contact team members and share documents with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I mostly miss in Smartsheet is the ability to create tabs within a single sheet, like one can do in Excel. I don't like keeping so many sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep track with my projects and keep all my documents safe and in a single place. It also helps me to keep everbody in my team connected and notified of any project updates or requirements.
My experience of smartsheet has been very good. It is an easy to learn product.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn and manage. I did not have any technical knowledge, still was able to adapt it to very easily. It has a lot of features from automations to reports to dashboarding which are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost for add-ons is one of the downsides. It for sure makes it easy to start but then if one wants to go into Control Center, dynamic view and other add-on features, it can become costly for small to medium level organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is helping us keep a track of all of our daily tasks which is useful in our catch up meetings to discuss what we have been doing and what are the next steps. It also helps us keep track of our sales activity, our prospects, details of these propects, next steps and the different stages these propects are in.
Advanced version of Excel
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Smartsheet is task allocation or adding contacts in the tasks, automation and reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking of cell to cell is bit tedious and tricky. I need multiple attempts for cell linking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to write my tasks on the diary or notepad anymore. Automation woks for me.
Smartsheet is a great tool that makes my job easier to do.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Smartsheet is how flexible it is. You can use it for just about anything. It's also very simple to make changes to a solution once it's been created. It's nice to be able to pivot when needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet dashboards are generally good, but I’m disappointed that there isn’t an option to filter or drill down into the data. The visualizations also feel somewhat limited when compared to other tools I’ve used. Another issue is that users frequently suggest improvements, even small and straightforward ones, but these changes either never get implemented or take an extremely long time to appear. At the same time, features that no one requested, like Collections, are introduced instead. It would be great if the company listened more closely to its customers.

Smartsheet saves us time by having all the data we need at our fingertips to make quick decisions. It's also made our teams more effecient because it's so easy to use!
