Extensive capability with some speed issues
What do you like best about the product?
Extensive capability to track projects and data and create useful dashboards with visual representations to easily view and analyze large sets of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed issues when dealing with complex dashboards or large data sets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy status and data visualization. Resource management. Task management.
Easy to use and streamline work
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to stay organized, share with our team and have them edit. I love that it is shareable and everyone can access easily within or outside my organization. My team finds it super easy to use and love to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that makes it hard is that it doesn't have multiple tabs for sheets. I link them, but it would be nice to have tabs. I have worked around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of different projects and tasks we track. This keeps up organized and able to track progress. We love that the team can edit easily and enjoy using it.
Can't live without smartsheet!
What do you like best about the product?
It streamlines work flow for my team, provides an overview of projects, and keeps record of projects after they are completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to think about any downsides of smartsheet. I would like to be able apply different text formats within a cell, but it's probably best if it remains consistent anyway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps me collect work to be done across various projects and funnel it into one place. I can then provide an overview with ease when my team members need an update.

Multiple users are able to see, use and edit sheets at the same time.
Endless possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
App integrations into Google Drive. Mobile app is easy to use on the go. Custom dashboards for multiple clients of mine for easy access to our information. the online community is really helpful for finding answers too

some features for small businesses can be expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of operations data come in that we need to parse out to different locations. It handles everyting from customer communications to accounts payable for us.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets have allowed us to streamline processes and track and display results in real time so that everyone is on the same page when it comes to projects. We use Smartsheets every day. It is the first thing I open when I get to the office in the morning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part of Smartsheets is setting things up to get it to do what you want it to do! Bust, Customer services has been great is assiting as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for a brand review submission workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean and easy to use interface. Takes minutes to train someone on the basics so all team members can dive straight in. We use on a daily basis to help manage a wide range of improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
No quick send option, would be great if I could click send and it automatically went to the named investigator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removes the need for messy emails that often drop out of sync with multiple colleagues working on the same task.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the amazing dashboards. Teams are able to collaborate all in one place without the need for other tools. The Resource Management function works great too, enabling me to see what resources have capacity for more work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to have a feature in Smartsheet Resource Manager to block a resource when a project is more demanding in reality than it is in data

Visibility of projects and progress to the business and the ability to hold people accountable for their tasks quickly

I like that Smartsheet allows us with creating dashboards.

Honestly, there is no bad review I can give at the moment

I would say Manual Workflows and Reporting. Since many organizations spend too much time manually consolidating data and generating reports. Smartsheet automates workflows and reporting, saving time and reducing errors.
