Easy for project management and product management
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is straightforward which makes managing projects or products easy. A lot of templates to choose which saves a lot of time to build something from scratch. AI powered support is very handy and can response me within a few seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Google sheet was a bit tricky, and I had to manually redo the format and insert images. Also, it's not possible to export the sheets to Excel with images unless you export it with PDF version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes easy to track each new product's progress as well as automatically generate project management related reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has really helped our team stay organized and on track with complex projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
advanced features can take some time to master, and the mobile app isn’t as smooth as the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Gantt charts and collaboration features make planning transparent and easy. It’s intuitive enough for new users but packed with advanced options for power users.
Keeps this project manager organized
What do you like best about the product?
-Easy to use; similar to Excel but more intuitive.
-The ability to share dates across different sheets, so if the client changes a date it changes in my Sheet also.
-Automatic notifications feature
-The education center/video tutorials are fantastic. They make it so easy to find answers and get set up.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would let me set a feature to autmatically total the number of days in the "duration" column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main need is keeping my projects organized in one place - client names, due dates, who is assigned, etc. With Smartsheet I can keep everything on one sheet to see all my projects at a glance. But I also have separate workspaces for each client, so I can save templates of specific timelines for them.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Smartsheet is how it combines the familiarity of a spreadsheet with the functionality of a powerful project management tool. It's incredibly versatile and easy to use, which makes it simple to get teams on board quickly. One of the most helpful features for our team is the ability to build custom forms that feed directly into sheets, automating data collection and eliminating manual entry. This has saved us a ton of time and helped reduce errors. The biggest upsides are the visibility it provides for leadership, the accountability it creates for teams, and the flexibility to customize to fit a wide range of use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Smartsheet is a powerful tool, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, the interface can feel a bit clunky, especially when working with large sheets or complex formulas, which can slow things down. Some of the more advanced features, like reporting or automation logic, also have a bit of a learning curve and could be more intuitive for new users. The least helpful aspect is that permissions can get tricky to manage at scale, particularly when working across departments or with external collaborators. Overall, the downsides are relatively minor, but there's definitely room for improvement in usability and performance as teams grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is helping us solve a variety of workflow and communication challenges by centralizing project data and improving cross-team visibility. One of the biggest problems it’s solved is manual data collection by using forms and automation, we’ve eliminated the need for tracking information through spreadsheets, emails, or disconnected systems. It's also helped us standardize processes and give leadership a clear view of progress through dashboards and reports. Overall, it's increased our efficiency, accountability, and ability to scale projects more smoothly

Really intuitive and dashboards are amazing to use

there are some bugs sometimes and the customer service team takes a while to reply

It allows me accurately track many individual's work, automate emails across organization and keep me up to date with dashboards

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate through. It works perfect for me and my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I do wish it had more relatable functions like you would get on Microsoft Excel , but other than that, its perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps create calendar/ schedules, and stage board access from anywhere to view as long as we have internet access.( Smartphones, desktop, etc.)_
Work smarter, not harder.
What do you like best about the product?
Out team heavily utilizes forms and automations to track customer needs and data. Items that used to take days of back-and-forth, manual communication is now automated. Not only is it automated, but it is able to be tracked with real-time data that shows our progress and areas of growth and concern.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it isn't Smarthseet's fault, our external clients are not familiar with the product. We do not have to many issues as Smartsheet makes it easy for external stakeholders to engage, there can sometimes be some initial confusion at the start-up. With that being said, we have had a lot of positive feedback about our company's switch to using Smartsheet, compared to our old process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has automated the manual process of intaking client requests, going through multiple, complicated approvals and completing customer registration. A process that used to take days can now take minutes. Not only that, Smartsheet allows us to track and keep records of all of these client requests, which also used to be manual.
I have had a great experience using Smartsheet thus far and found it has made my job easier

Efficient, easy to use interface, endless customizations that can be used for each unique project
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that I have experienced. I would like to see resources continued to be developed so that I can refer new employees to utilize them as they get started with the platform

Helping to keep all of my timelines and project plans better organized and more efficient. I also like that I can share timelines with other teammates so that they have a live look at any timing changes
Smartsheet is good but has limited functionality for automations

Smartsheet makes it easy to organize projects by tasks and department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet does not have functionality to create sheets from an automation which would reduce the management of it significantly. Currently, it is very time consuming to keep up with everything our company has within smartsheet.

It keeps all tasks within a workflow in one area that allows users to see where they fit into the process.
