What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
through Smartsheet we can measure various workflow & daily production work, which is really beneficial to measure KPI to enhance our production.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet provides great flexibility for managing projects and tasks. I particularly value the ability to indent rows to create a clear hierarchy, and the option to add comments, attachments, and tag team members directly within rows. These features make it easy to build complex tracking matrices in a familiar spreadsheet-like format, while enabling effective collaboration across teams. I also use the proofing tool regularly and appreciate the ability to integrate forms for additional data collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not very intuitive and require a significant time investment to understand or implement effectively. As a result, they often get deprioritized unless they are absolutely necessary for the project. I also think the platform would benefit from an auto-save function, which would make the experience more streamlined and align better with expectations set by tools like Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps centralize project and task tracking in one collaborative platform, reducing the need for scattered spreadsheets and disconnected communication. By linking information across teams and departments, it improves visibility and alignment. The ability to tag people, attach files, comment, and use forms means we can manage workflows more efficiently and keep all project-related information in one place. This has streamlined our processes and improved accountability and productivity across projects.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Smartsheet is how easy it is to organise projects and keep everyone on the same page. It's flexible, helps track progress in real time, and saves a ton of time with automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Smartsheet is that it can get a bit overwhelming when managing very large or complex sheets. Sometimes it feels a little cluttered, and it takes some time to set up exactly how you want it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me by keeping everything in one place—tasks, timelines, and updates. It makes it easier to track progress, assign responsibilities, and avoid missed deadlines, which saves time and reduces confusion.
Powerful System
What do you like best about the product?
Innovative tools and features that Smartsheet offer, make anything possible. I feel like there's no limit of how I want to manage my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to do literally anything with so many tools, can be quite overwhelming for some people, including me. However, I find Smartsheet University is very useful and give me the confident.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting levels - there are many different ways to report multiple projects. Very simple and customisable.
Difficult to use
What do you like best about the product?
The "bells and whistles" are great! Being able to modify fields and fit the exact data type you need is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lag when updating fields. You can't fly through inputs like you can in Excel.

The email reminder feature is very helpful.

Smartsheets for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets is very similar to Excel, but far superior when sharing in a team setting. Being able to create a document and have my teammate edit/review it, while in the document, is very helpful. I also appreciate the ability to create folders and subfolders helps keep separate projects organized. My favorite feature is the conditional formatting so that I can assign a deadline and see how the project is progressing on the timeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company has a corporate account. It was difficult to merge my personal account with the corporate account. It took many calls with customer service to get things sorted out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet's conditional formatting allows me to visually track a project timeline. I need visualization, such as colors, to help sort out the areas that need immediate attention.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of working in a collaborative environment and all the features the app provides. The forms, approval flows and automations allow me to create endless solutions for daily tasks. Its user-friendly interface makes it very easy to integrate new people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have some problems and I don't see any clarity in the solutions, it's very difficult to find something in the documentation or in the Smartsheet forums, and I have to find a solution on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet solved a gap we had in headcount management and approvals. We were able to simplify and automate the process in an incredible way. The tools available were a big differentiator.
