What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SmartSheet is the abililty to collaborate in real time with my coworkers. My favorite function is the 'proofing' function where a user can upload a document for approval and we can all provide our feedback in real time. This saves us going back and forth via email and ensures none of our edits get missed. Using this function we have caught many mistakes before the asset went out to our client. It also allows for us to collaborate and make our assets better by asking quesitons and making suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike about SmartSheet is the formatting/creating templates fucntion is not the most user friendly. I am not able to edit templates that I have already created, if I have an edit to a template, I would need to create a new one which just creates more work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SmartSheet allows us to collaborate on our marketing assets in real time with multiple users. This creates more efficient proofing, reduces the amount of revisions that get missed and opens a door for more comminication and enhancements to our projects. We also use this to manage the timeline of projects. SmartSheet ensures that everyone who is assigned to a task is notified, has all of their relevant details and keep on track with our deadlines. Any project or task that is assigned is added to SmartSheet, it is our source of truth to manage our projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple people cannot use the sheet at the same time like Excel or else it will mess up. I don't know who is in which box and if they hit save, I may loss my data

we can keep track of work by the report and also, use the sheets for minutes and archiving.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been working with Smartsheet for 3 years, and my team and I rely heavily on Smartsheet for most of our work. Here are my favorite Smartsheet features:
- It's simple, but I love being able to just type "t" for today's date and have it auto-populate.
- Creating reports, dashboards, and forms is streamlined and easy to do.
- It is so helpful to have the comment and attachment features.

What do you dislike about the product?
We manage large databases on Smartsheet, and saving our data on those can take a little longer than I would like.
Formulas can be a bit challenging to write since they aren't quite the same as Excel, but ChatGPT has been a huge help with that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to automate licensing requests and our overall workflow. I can easily hold members of my team accountable for their work.

What do you like best about the product?
You can use it as a simple gannt project tracker or can go as sophisticated as to provide dashboards. Great option to manage projects with team members spreaded all over the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with the sharing of files and giving access to team members, they don't always get notifications and needs to be done a couple of times until they can access it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to share files through email, collaboration with internal and external customers all in the cloud.

Can't copy/paste from One Note
Can't format text separately within a text box example: bold a line and add bullets to lines below all within one cell or make one line of text a different colour within a cell
Using advanced features can be difficult to figure out especially if they are sued infrequently

Smartsheet - A Use Case for Everything!
What do you like best about the product?
There is a use-case for Smartsheet in every business. I love Smartsheet because it is a blank canvas on which business processes come to life. The learning curve is not too steep and the time to value and impact is shorter than implementing other solutions on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful if you could share users to a folder within a workspace rather than to the entire workspace. Smartsheet has begun to address this with their new "collections" feature - but it's hidden and not widely known yet.
Control Center is a life-saver but there is always room for improvement with this premium feature.
Dashboards are getting more visually appealing but still lags in comparison to what you can do with other tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has enabled me to be an entrepreneur and have a business that supports other existing and new users of the platform.
Smartsheet is convenient for business that have remote associates and travellers
What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing about Smartsheet is it's internet based so available on many devices and OS variants.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found downsides at this point, at least for our purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Smartsheet to keep our spread out Project team on track and on time using a variety of sheets and reports. Our customers have gotten used to calling us first for historical data rather than using their own records because we can get them data and update the status of projects quickly and accurately.
Project Management Transformation
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has completely transformed the way my team operates. It has helped bring our project management processes to life. The support team was hands-on throughout our control center implementation and very receptive to the changes we needed. Our teams love how visual and easy it is to use and it has become a part of our day to day operations!
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still looking for opportunities to better integrate Smartsheet into our Office 365 and ERP solutions to best support our processes.

Intake, prioritization, portfolio management. Detailed project management and linking information across systems and sites.
Excellent Way to Coordinate Dynamic Work Issues
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to upload issues requiring attention and to then assign staff to address the issues in an efficient and timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple tabs would make it much easier to organize different job types and avoid the necessity of navigating from one large single sheet to another completely separate sheet.

Broken links and issues regarding outdated or erroneous content in the LMS.
