What do you like best about the product?
Easier to use. All our data recordings and reports are done through smartsheet and it's really easy to implement new templates. Frequent webinar and customer support is another positive I found about Smartsheet
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find a merging option anywhere in smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We prepare different smartsheets to identify the contract and non contract customers and the amount of support we provide. We made a chart in smartsheet to help us identify them, The annual maintenace contract details are also being notified, planned and updating through smartsheet. Our workshop ticketing system also use Smartsheet.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and access, definitely user friendly compared to Excel and other sheets that can be used for tracking projects. Also easy to add user to contribute or view a sheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be cumbersome to Navigate if you are new to system, also licensing appears to be expensive for amount of users we have using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet solves accountability problems in the workplace, it helps us keep track of other people responsible during a project or in a team. When setting up a new user within our company, we are able to send reminders to those listed in the sheet to prepare for the new users start date on Monday. This helps make sure everyone is on the same page and is fine with setting up the user as is.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it provides a well-rounded system with different tools which allows for creativity and freedom when it comes to building client solutions without having to type a line of code.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few functionalities with the app that are limited or missing. There are also some really annoying little things which I presume can be solved easily. To give an example: When creating conditional formatting rules, once you add an "AND" condition, it can't be undone. Also, you can't delete a column if it's being used in conditional formatting rules, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Smartsheet Consultant, I'm using the app to solve client problems. From what I witnessed with about 9 months using Smartsheet, it is really helpful when it comes to PPM Solutions and allowing businesses have a great control over their projects at a granular level, and over their portfolio. It also enables seamless collaboration across Teams which is one of the most powerful features within the app.

It can be complicated to use the automations but if done correctly they are amazing

More features for example the subtask shows on the card as well as its own individual card. a bit redundant. Subtask on maincard is perfect

I like the versatility and intuitive features to sort, create, share, and collaborate with my project stakeholders

Occasionally, I wish i knew more about the features provided. Without using the tutorials, I may need to ask for help on how-to's

The best collaboration and Visual Display
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been a life saver for global collaboration on multi-year program and track analytics on a dashboard, the visual display of where you are on a program helps drive key initiatives at a task level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large sheets tend to crash often, and the save is not always instantaneous

Managing workday implementation and tracking through project plan. testing activities, Raid log etc. Creating Pivot table
Centralized Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has helped our team centralize communication ,improve project tracking, automate busywork". We especially like the forms, dashboards, automation.
It's powerful for client onboarding and centralizing checklists for different departments.
While there’s a slight learning curve at first, once you’re up and running, the platform is incredibly flexible and scalable.
We’d recommend Smartsheet to any team that wants a mix of spreadsheet familiarity and project management power.

There is a steep learning curve, its a bit expensive and the mobile app needs work.

Client onboarding and organizing teams to stay on task.
Convenient and Dynamic
What do you like best about the product?
I like that smartsheet can be customized to what I need. I can arrange the columns in a way that makes sense. I can create templates of project timelines that save time and money when a brief comes in from our clients. I am able to share the timelines that I build easily with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see a downside. Smartsheet is easy to learn and fits what my job needs!

With Smartsheet I can easily build timelines and I can easily share them with teammembers. It's quick and limits room for human error/misinterpretation
