What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has become an essential tool for streamlining our business operations. As a medical clinic, we use it to manage everything from patient treatment due dates to follow-ups, staff tasks, and prospecting efforts. The customizable workflows and automation features help ensure that nothing slips through the cracks—especially critical deadlines for patients or follow-up calls for new leads. With real-time visibility, our team stays aligned, whether in-office or remote. We’ve also built dashboards that track revenue-driving activities, allowing us to make quicker, more informed decisions. Since implementing Smartsheet, we’ve seen measurable improvements in task completion rates and lead conversions, which has directly contributed to our revenue growth. Its integrations with other platforms and user-friendly design have made adoption smooth for our entire team. Overall, Smartsheet has elevated our efficiency and accountability, making it a vital part of our operations and growth strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that you can't go back to previous versions as in excel...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Good Summary-Level Planning and Reporting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how SmartSheet summarizes items, is easy to use and pick up if you're using it for the first time. I use it all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't colorize the cards. They are creating the Board View but it is missing features that are strengths of the Card View. It's like they are pushing people to use the Board View but it isn't fully functional yet. I wish that you could do better graphs and dashboards as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently use it for planning purposes internally. There are projects that are managed using this plan across several teams.
LOVE Smartsheet and its capabilities! I won't use any other platform but this one
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and enjoy using the app daily for project management needs. I use this daily and love that there are so many use cases and ways to improve upon Smartsheet skills. I also appreciate that there is Customer Support who are very responsive and take time to understand the issue at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish text breaks and formatting were supported well with bullet points when submitting a Smartsheet form. Copying and pasting becomes frustrating when I have to spend my time reformatting what's already been submitted. The attachment part is also difficult and needs improvement with searching and being able to find it and wish there was a preview options and images showed up easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet keeps us on track every day and creates visibility/transparency among stakeholders and project leaders. It is extremely important for efficiency and ensuring that we are reaching out goals with detailed information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is and how much capacity the system has.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the interface looked nicer. The sheet that I have published is ugly.

Easy to adopt and realize benefits
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automated reminders that are sent out to anyone in the contact list. They were very easy to set-up and customize. This helps to keep everyone accountable and reduces the follow-up I have to perform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is no longer possible for an unlicensed user to update the status or comments within a sheet. This did reduce some of the value of the system for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has clarified the tasks assigned to individuals and their due dates. It hold the team accountable and helps everyone see how their portion of a project impacts other workstreams. Have one source of truth that everyone is able to reference has reduced confusion and duplication of work.

Smartsheet is favored by us for its ability to adapt the familiar spreadsheet interface to project management needs, offering features like workflow automation, data visualization, and collaborative tools. Its flexibility allows us to customize the tool to fit their specific processes, making it a powerful option for managing projects, tracking tasks, and streamlining workflows.

Sometimes it takes a bit long to load, and some non-tech savvy employees seems to be confused about the workings of the system

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been a solid tool for keeping our bid schedule organized and up to date. It's easy to use, visually clean, and makes collaboration across the estimating team smooth. The ability to update schedules live and track deadlines helps keep everyone on the same page. We rely on it daily, and it's been completely dependable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found any flaws. It does exactly what we need it to do for managing our bid schedule without unnecessary complexity or issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps us stay on top of an ever-changing bid schedule. With multiple jobs moving through different stages and frequent updates from clients, we needed a reliable way to track deadlines, assignments, and changes in real time. Smartsheet solves this by keeping everything centralized and accessible to the whole estimating team. It reduces miscommunication, helps prioritize workloads, and ultimately keeps us more organized and efficient.
I think Smartsheet is good.

Being able to see resource availability company wide.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish my updates were reflected immediately instead of waiting until the following Monday

One among the best, if not the best Programming and Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to control the amount of data shared while not having to create a lot of sheets and/or workspacess. It is very straight forward to use and we were able to integrate it well with our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not an option to merge cells, so the sheet is not modular per say, with very specific type of columns that can be used and a limited library of functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to create a blueprint that can be used to create certain sets of sheets automatically is just fabulous!
Easy to use, many possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface because it is pretty understandable for general tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything, I just don't use a lot of what it has to offer and therefore you could argue it's expensive for what I use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calculating time frames of each individual line item, as well as scheduling out every task of a project.
