One of the best task managing application
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of managing the tasks and getting downloaded to have statistics, setting rules on due dates

More diversified allowed values with conditions

Being able to collaborate with other users in one central repository makes working on projects so much easier when multiple people's input is needed

Sometimes finding the smartsheet I require can take a bit more time than I like. I am not necessarily convinced its a Smartsheet issue , I believe it may just be the way my access was implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to collaborate w/ multiple team members on projects is the biggest benefit.
Having all information in one location benefits us all - dont have search around for the information.

Helps with organization and assigning tasks
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Smartsheet is the way it streamlines organization and makes it easy to assign, track, and manage tasks across a team. It helps ensure everyone stays on the same page, deadlines are visible, and priorities are clear. The collaborative features also make it easy to communicate updates and keep momentum moving

One area for improvement is user-friendliness — some features aren’t as intuitive as they could be, which can create a learning curve for new users.

Efficient and Effective tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet allows the users to create and integrate different workflows seamlessly. Unlike many other forms/ similar tools available, smartsheets helps to automate workflows for project management and create multiple layers or approvals that helps to work efficiently and track the status of the work accurately. It is a simple solution that offers multiple use cases. People with out having to work to complex tools or workflows can simply use smarsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Smartsheet is helpful in a lot of ways, but there are a few things I don't like about it. It can feel slow and clunky, especially when you're working with a lot of sheets or with other people. I also think that the formula options are pretty limited compared to Excel, which makes it harder to do more complicated math. The dashboards and charts are pretty basic, and I wish they were more interesting to look at. It can be hard to figure out who can see or change certain parts when you're in charge of permissions. And to be honest, the cost becomes a problem when more people on the team need full access; it adds up quickly.

Smartsheets helps to track various project at different stakeholder levels by being able to integrate or create multiple workflows at different levels.

It is very user friendly for people of all ages.

The interface is a little dated, but that's not crucial

The easy to use application and the available APIs for other used applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The controls to linking other reports or views to standard views that might not be known by users. Almost as if you are suggested to use this report as part of what template you selected.

being able to pull through reports to see an overview of people's workloads. Fairly easy to use a simple sheet

Hasn't integrated that well into the whole company, would like it to be more collaborative/enticing.

Accessible Yet Initially Unintuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Smartsheet makes organization easier by keeping everything in one place, so it's a lot simpler to know where things are up to. The ease of accessibility to navigate the system is quite easy to get to know. Additionally, the transition to Smartsheet was smooth since one of the directors had prior experience with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you first go onto Smartsheet, it isn't as user-friendly since you have to watch the how-to videos.

Smartsheet helps keep everything organized in one place, making it easier to track project progress.
Everyday workflow
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everyone on my team organized. We can see what each other are working on. I like that I can set alarms when needed for tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Please take a look at your copy and paste functions. I use a Lenovo laptop and can not copy and paste using a mouse, only using a keyboard shortcut.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps each month organized so that we can go back and look at each others work. It was especially helpful when my company onboarded me by separating task by employees and calendars.
Great for cross-functional collaboration, cumbersome otherwise
What do you like best about the product?
Great for understanding how timelines for multiple teams may intersect. So it is great for high level views of projects, or cross-functional status reports. Very customizable. The customer support, dedicated business partner, and reocurring webinars/training is really great compared to other companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the most intuitive or aesthetically pleasing tool. Not a good place to manage small projects in, a different tool might be better for that. The level of customization is great, but it takes time. I didn't use it to it's full potential.

Great for projects that involve multiple teams across an organization. Allows us all to keep track of high level deliverables in the same place.
