Collaborative, Efficient, User-Friendly Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Smartsheet's efficiency, extensive integrations, and its strong collaborative features that ensure everyone is always working with the most current information. I like that you can add non working days, holidays, automations. We can have viewers without getting worried that others will make changes that aren't needed. I use this daily and think its a great and useful product.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Smartsheet would test and refine more often. I haven't seen a many great features released lately. For instance, a way to automate predecessors would save so much time!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timeline management! We track tasks and dates super closely. Smartsheet enables quick edits and an easy way for others to reference. Reporting is great for customer viewing too.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Smartsheet's visual format, which makes it easier to visualize project timelines. The Gantt view is particularly useful for figuring out launch timings amidst multiple moving parts. I also find the dependency feature invaluable for planning, as it provides visibility across departments and allows for quick updates during team calls, thus enhancing efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?

Since not everyone has a membership, I have to download the Smartsheet data to Google Sheets and then share it, which adds an extra step to our workflow.","I would prefer a feature allowing non-members to view and comment on a live Smartsheet without having editing abilities. The current process of editing in Smartsheet, downloading to Google Sheets, and then making further edits is cumbersome."}

I find Smartsheet clarifies project timelines and dependencies, enhancing collaboration and efficiency in managing over 50 people, despite limited team access.

What do you like best about the product?
The customizable options are great. You can create reports, forms, or dashboards based on the specific needs of a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to learn. It took me six years to fully understand how to make the most of Smartsheet. The formulas can be tricky, and I do wish it had some of the same formatting capabilities as Excel, like merging cells.

I'm able to look at all of the ongoing projects at once and build reports for different parts of the company i.e. project management, finance, strategy, etc.

Easy to manage projects and review timelines, good integration with Resource Management to check resources across the organization

The UI tends to be a bit laggy at times, especially while scrolling to future months

I do not like the file tree set up. With sheets and workspaces, I tend to misplace documents

It serves as a great database that can be shared among our team and hold everyone accountable. I maintain a dozen spreadsheets on smartsheet that consolidate unique project types that previous to smartsheet would fall through the cracks.

I like how neat and no- fuss smart sheet is. Easy to upload documents. Easy to switch between files.

I don't like how it doesn't have all the functionalities other tracking software have.

Simple and Flexible ways to manage data, kind of like using Excel. Quick to set up and uses it daily for production tracking.

Filter options, Limited rows and no shortcut for Delete option.

Great tool for managing any sort of projects
What do you like best about the product?
Its great at creating bespoke solutions quickly and easy to implement. We all use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard options are very limited. Its not possible to slice the data. The Smartsheet CX support is quite poor. It would be great if Data Shuttle could directly connect to more tools.
