Very Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to configure workflows to track a project effectively and minimize the timelines. Able to create multiple layers of workflows with in a project and execute them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the workflows are helpful, lacking of advanced features from excel or google sheets give it away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to automate various approvals from different internal teams
User friendly, have most of the basic project management features

Web based, easy to share, inter-operability (no need to install software)
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of some of the advanced features from MS project such as resource loading notification. In MS Project, if a task as overloading resource, it would prompt me automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tasks management. It's very easy to pick up when Hyland switched from MS Project to Smartsheet

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is helpful to scheudule, maintain and prioritise projects which helps users to enusre dead lines are met.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides of Smartsheet is that it can take long to load the app on mobile devices.

Its solving automation issues that i would have.

The function is a bit different from Excel, so it takes some time to get used to it.

It serves as a communication tool for aligning project information.
Good and Bads - No security feature on SS app

The preloaded and thought about Smartsheet templates

The is no security feature on the app. SS should not be relying on the phones PIN and Touch ID. SS must have its own PIN and Touch ID functions.

What do you like best about the product?
So user friendly and easy to learn. The experience using the sheets is relatable to any user and a great way to share projects, tasks and information. The additional features for formula building, attaching documents, creating dynamic views, reports, metrics and dashboards lets any spreadsheet user up their game easily. Collaboration is also easy with the conversation tags and share links - no login required. One of my favorite tools for all of my personal projects and supporting my team or leadership! We use this for everything! I love that it integrates with Teams and would love to see an iframe embed option or source coding so I can integrate anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more dynamic cross sheet integration. I can create vlookups and cell references to other sheets but if the other sheet is modified you risk impact to the primary sheet. This could be done better. The admin portal navigation for managing groups and users could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Live project tracking and full record of conversations / progress during our projects which last a couple months. Overview tracking of our teams total projects and progress being made or getting stagnant so we can address. Revenue tracking and forecasting for leadership.
Great work flow sharing with a team
What do you like best about the product?
There are a couple things about smartsheets that make it a great browser API is that you can use it across multiple platforms and access sheets from any computer regardless of the network you are on. In addition the different templates you can create and prompts to alert your team of real time changes is super cool and creates ease and helps utilize time efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formulas can be tricky and challenging to use if you are using a sheet for mathematical purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The transparency behind work flow and progress on tasks in real time. In addition not needing a VPN or special connection to access your projects.

What do you like best about the product?
All in one place and easy to share sheets with coworkers.

Not sure I have discovered anything I dislike at this point.

Smartsheet gives me one place to work, and I can connect the sheets on projects. Easy to share with coworkers.
Robust software for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize different views and add in sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting is always off when using copy/paste or when adding new text. Just tedious to have to do re-do the formatting every single time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy way to collaborate with our customers on ongoing projects. Easy to keep track of progress and have a shared space to view these projects.

The product itself is very good but engagement from Guideline promoting the enhancements or functionality is limited or general check in's.
