Perfect for Real-Time Teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Smartsheet, with a very simple interface and the speed of updates among the various connected users. It is essential that multiple people can edit a specific field in real-time. Additionally, I appreciate the usability across multiple platforms, making Smartsheet easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing at the moment, I have all the functions I need

It makes sharing information with my team efficient and clear. As a result, we make fewer mistakes, and everyone understands their individual tasks and responsibilities.

The main downside is adoption—making sure everyone on the team actually uses it and uses it effectively.

The ability to manage projects, integrate budgets and share collabs with colleagues and stakeholders
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the MFA but thankfully thats been been improved lately. Creating reports can be tricky, and the lack of AI integrations is weak.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet to help keep track of inventory, and it does a great job of keeping track of all my assets. I really like how easy it is to use, and the ability to get online help is always just a click away. I appreciate that Smartsheet is simple and doesn't make understanding it so complicated. The initial setup was really easy too, which has been great.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet’s collaboration tools, feature set, and customizability really set it apart from other similar software. They’ve helped boost productivity and streamline work across many different areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it has you sign in now. I just want to login with email and password, or push a key through email. Seems silly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to instantly share information that team members can view or edit in real time makes collaboration much easier and smoother overall.
Smartsheet Keeps Project Management and Marketing Tracking in One Place..
What do you like best about the product?
I like Smartsheet for its strong project management capabilities that help my team to plan,track and execute work in one place.It’s also effective for marketing asset tracking and event logistics tracking making it easy to organize campaigns, manage deliverables and coordinate details across events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet shines for collaboration,nothing that i dislike towards it.

User-Friendly, Streamlined for Construction Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I find Smartsheet really user-friendly, which is something I like most about it. Once I learned how to upload submittals and fill in the remaining information, I realized anyone could do it, and I've since taught others how to use it in about ten minutes. With Smartsheet, everything can be done on one page without having to dive deep into the software, unlike other programs where you need to hit many buttons and often can't remember the steps. I also think the way you can tag certain people, organize submittals, and filter pages to find specific deliverables or submissions is really helpful. It's much easier when our clients can access the same sheet and tag who on their team will review submittals, making it a lot smoother than other applications I've used. I appreciate how seamless and easy the integration is when I hyperlink documents from ACC into Smartsheet, which helps keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
So when something is approved by the client in Smartsheet, it shows a green icon. It would be helpful if all approved items were moved to an approved page. Sometimes I get confused about all the submittals that are also approved on the same page, which makes it seem like there are more outstanding items than there are. So maybe that would be a nice change. But, otherwise, I do find the whole thing pretty user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet to organize and track submittals systematically, preventing things from getting lost. It's user-friendly, helping me save time and money, and easy to retrieve previous submissions.
Great Cell History for Tracking Changes, but Workflow Automation Feels Limited
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see who made changes in the cell history. This allows me to quickly identify who to communicate with about schedule changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow automation feels somewhat limited, and it’s difficult to quickly copy columns of the same type across a sheet build.

This tool streamlines schedule comparisons and updates across groups. It serves as a single source of truth for project management, and the comment history and ongoing updates help tell the full story behind decisions and progress.
Free Gantt and Excel Templates That Make Planning Easy

I love that I can find free templates for gantt and in excel which I love

I feel that at some point it has a few glitches that can be resolved quicker
