Very user friendly I'm able to navigate without feeling like i have no idea at what I'm doing.
What do you like best about the product?
its very user friendly and it doesn't take a long time to figure things out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much that I dislike I'm learning more each day im finally confident in navigating through the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing us to keep track of the items we have shipped in from various of customers. The tools available allows us to keep track of all our items and part numbers for those items.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Smartsheet I am able to update my customers in real time and they have access at any time. They are no longer waiting for an email and are able to help themselves to current information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting is clunkier than I like, because I come from an excel background and it looks like excel I want to try and do excel things. LOL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to use Smartsheet to keep customers updated on their project status in real time. I am no longer having to download an update and email it out to a distribution list.

What do you like best about the product?
The familiarity of a spreadsheet with the power of project and workflow management. Its flexibility allows me to create tailored dashboards, automate repetitive tasks, and maintain real-time visibility across multiple projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet can feel a bit heavy for simple tasks, and advanced automation sometimes requires workarounds. The reporting visuals could also be more customizable compared to dedicated BI tools.

Smartsheet helps streamline project tracking, vendor management, and cross-team collaboration in one platform. By centralizing updates, approvals, and timelines, it reduces email back-and-forth

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration capability for corporate projects

The new licensing model is not good as it pushes previously free "viewers" into a paid category.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to manage and implement templates or to create your own sheet from scratch according to the project you are working on. All tools can be adapted to your particular needs and are easy to integrate into your day-to-day tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should have an easier way to access formulas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Created easy trackers, link info from different smartsheets and create reports, and also link URLs to documnents on our construction plartform.

It's more intuitive than other similar tools
My company has used Smartsheet in multiple ways to improve our organization and efficiency.
What do you like best about the product?
I would say that the pre-loaded templates such as a gantt chart is what I appreciate the most about Smartsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am very familiar with Excel and for some reason it causes me to struggle a bit with writing formulas in Smartsheet.

The main feature that we use Smartsheet is the checklists that we have created for our service industry business.

Customer support could be better, the UI can get a lil complex at times

I am an account + project manager and it helps me prepare Gantt chart and dependencies. I create campaign trackers on it and it help me give a full view with less efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can get projects underway in no time, everyone can be sync to the project and hit there start times and meet there deadlines that have been set. Also a great tool to better interaction between departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t come across anything I dislike about Smartsheet so all good so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hitting start times and meeting task deadlines in time with each member of the team.
New features not sure how to use
What do you like best about the product?
Can see history of each cell. No need to keep track of multiple versions of Excel files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time, when a new feature is announced, I am not sure what difference it makes and how to use it. For example, the recent announcement of Table View. I logged in and switched to Table View but I couldn't distinguish it from the existing grid view. Neither do I know any explicit benefits that it brings.
Previously cannot access in China (maybe because Smartsheet uses cloud server that is blocked by China's firewall). So my China colleagues couldn't use it.
Tested today and China colleagues can now access.

we use it to share data table between different sites. so co-workers from different location can access the same and latest data table without having to worry about files and versions.
