The ultimate project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Smartsheet is. And the automations make it like an extra member of our team.

Customizations can take some time to set up

Smartsheet is providing us with an easy-to-use internal project plan, as well as a client-facing dashboard.
Is a very helpful tool that allows our firm to keep on top of timings and projects

Automation and being able to upload files directly to selected rows

Only downside is that it can take a long time to set up the sheets in the first place, would be good to have better examples of what you can do on smartsheet

It helps us manage projects easier and in a more suitable way

Easy, Accessible, Collaberative
What do you like best about the product?
The platform lets you create your workspace where it becomes convenient and easy to work collaboratively on various projects. Accessibility restrictions are easy to impose enhancing security function while comments, reminders and task allocation aid transparency of task allocation. Great for project management and easy process implementation. Great training and customer support. Ease of integration. Increased frequency of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no functions posing least importance or may be it depends on frequency of use and use cases to have one gain understanding of all features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have never experienced problem, however Smartsheet comes up with new features and functions regularly

Smartsheet is really easy to use and especially I like the fact that we can share a project plan with others without having them to buy a licence.

I think it's not very intuitive doing resource management with Smartsheet.

Sharing a Smartsheet with all project resources without needing them a licence.
Great tool for planning projects with dependencies and sharing with colleagues and stakeholders

It's intuitive, real-time, and dependencies are part of the standard package.
Forms are super easy to generate and very useful feature to incoroporate flexibly into sheets.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our business is centralising more and more around Microsoft products, and the integration isn't at that level e.g. tasks linked through to MS
One feature that I don't find intuitive (probably because I'm thinking like Excel) is selecting multiple rows - I always struggle with this.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is absolutely my favorite because it is so flexible and easy to use – managing projects and tasks from one place is no big deal! The grid style looks just like Excel, but the customization and collaboration features with the team are so amazing that it's just fun!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the mobile app feels a bit unresponsive But if you switch to the desktop version, you get all the full features without any hassle.
Initially, it may take some time to pick up advanced features, especially if you are new to project management tools, but once learned, the power is unlimited!

In projects, keeping track of tasks, avoiding missed deadlines, or sorting out priorities can be a real headache. But Smartsheet makes it all super easy with its automated reminders, smooth workflows, and handy dashboards.

the ability to integrate docusign was a game changer for us. it allowed us to build a whole system dedicated to communications and workflow management. I love how easy it is to use.

its frustrating that their arent more system settings that you can customise globally. and that integrations with more cost effective platforms like adobe sign have yet to be introduced.

the film industry didnt cater to smaller continents like Australia for onboarding and compliance. we've introduced so many projects to smartsheets and showed them how capable we are of building a solution that works exactly for them.
its meant we've been able to 10x our time value by having metrics at our fingertips.

Its web based; easy to collaborate and share to key stake holders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Websites freezes and I get the dreaded "Smartsheet can not be reached" and my work does not get saved.

being able to track projects and roll up a high-level display

It help out with work orders to get things fixed i like the real time i get it as soon as someone put the work request in .
What do you dislike about the product?
That when keeping files ,things like fire reports and HVAC reports you have to add them your self you don't have a system were outside vendors can have access to it, to down load the reports straight to it .
