What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Gong and how it integrates AI capabilities to find information quickly and summarize next steps efficiently. It saves me a lot of time by prewriting draft follow-up emails and helps pull relevant action items after each meeting, ensuring I don't miss anything. It also helps me be more efficient in project reporting by finding ongoing topics efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Gong could improve cross-referencing between emails and calls to easily identify ongoing topics, which ones are pending followup, and which have been actioned in followup emails or calls. Having a dashboard overview that automatically pulls all action items from my calls with options to mark them as completed and add notes would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong saves me time by helping with meeting follow-up emails and ensuring I don't miss any action items. It aids in reviewing topics for weekly reports and understanding context when taking over tasks from other team members.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong as a CSM for client outreach and notifications. It allows me to quickly notify clients of updates and send targeted messaging based on various criteria. I like that the UI is very clean and intuitive. The automatic to-dos based on emails and meetings, as well as the auto-generated meeting follow-up messages, are huge for me. I also appreciate the proper integration of Salesforce fields. The initial setup of Gong was quick and with minimal issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could create lists based on multiple data sets such as account + person fields and for there to be more sophistication around account based reporting. It is very person centric.

I use Gong to quickly notify clients of updates and send targeted messaging based on various criteria like upcoming renewals or decreased product usage.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Gong analyzes my calls. That really does help me, and I use that feedback to my advantage to improve each and every time. The features are very valuable, like looking at my talk time ratio and the patience I have during calls, allowing the customer to really talk and interact. It gives me ways to improve moving forward. The initial setup of Gong was excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to measure account health, like a graph or chart. It would be helpful to have something on the home screen to flag opportunities or customers that may be at risk of churning. A dashboard with numbers and graphs would be great.

I use Gong to prepare for meetings, understand account health, and learn about clients quickly. It analyzes calls, provides feedback, and insights into my interaction style, helping me improve constantly. As a new employee, it helps me understand customer sentiments and previous interactions effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it incredibly easy to stay hands-free during calls, allowing me to focus on the conversation without worrying about taking notes. I appreciate being able to review the call's contents afterward, and I find the AI-generated summaries particularly helpful, especially when they highlight areas where I could have improved. I also value how Gong marks important moments on the call timeline, making it simple to identify key points and share them with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the app glitches and sends me emails about call recordings that I never scheduled. On one occasion, a colleague asked if a Gong email was actually coming from me or a phishing attempt, and since I hadn't send it myself I was equally as confused. It also repeatedly tries to connect to my calendar, even though I have never granted it permission to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who mainly conducts user experience research, I find Gong to be a game-changer because I no longer have to take notes during interviews. Having a recording of the call along with automatically generated notes means that insights and synthesis are provided for me, saving me several steps in my process. Additionally, features like tracking the number of filler words I use are helpful, as they allow me to improve my speaking skills for future sessions.

The interface is simple to understand and effective to use. It gives complete accuracy and insight to performance metrics and is a convenient and useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I have no dislikes. I use Gong on a daily basis and the fact that I can review my calls is extremely helpful an adds insights to where I can improve.

Gong helps me to refine lead searches and optimize mty performance by giving me clear indications on where to focus my efforts.
