nothing as now , if I can get the incoming calls or voicemail phone numbers

What do you like best about the product?
I love the incorporation of calls, CRM, and outreach. All in one place helps paint the customer picture. The new Smart summary is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get lost in the UI but easy to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping to understand all customer touchpoints and where more or less are needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the insights on how I can improve in certain categories in my meetings and the comparisons against the teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Gong should be used by every organization!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves recording training calls and able to share easily with clients and cross functional teams as needed.
Helps with Sales analytics & talktracks to become better at the missing pieces

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Gong makes it easy to refer back to calls! It's summary features are top tier. You can also search calls by keyworks that may have been used during the call. What I also love is that it has a text manuscript for each call as well. You can engage with other teammates by leaving notes at specific intervals during the call which will then take them exactly to that reference point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I have anything I dislike about Gong at the moment. I would recommend using this tool if you're in a virtual, client-facing role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows the team to stay abreast on customer conversations easily without necessarily have to review the whole call.

What do you like best about the product?
I love to listen to other calls that are similar to meetings I'm about to go into. Especially for reference, gain more confidence.
This is easy to use when you've had a call & need to review specific topics or to send to the client if they need anything to reference as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to dislike when I'm using the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to worry about taking notes during a call because I can easily refer to my conversations here to see what tasks I have.

The ability to search on specific terms said within a sales call is an excellent feature.

The patience tolerance of 0.7 seems high.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in Customer Success. I just got started in this role, but Gong is my favorite tool. The ability to search across all calls, the automated follow up notes, and highlights are very helpful. I love that I can be focused on the given call I'm on and then worry about note taking and follow up after using Gong to fill in the gap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overally I'm very happy with Gong. However, it would be helpful if there were different personas built into the system that could be applied to different types of staff for the feedback the system gives me on my calls. For example, I am tasked to speak more often in calls but then Gong gives a metric that I speak too often. Just out of sync there. Not a big deal but a suggestion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Let's me fully focus in my calls and follow up on notes and other steps after so I can be fully present with my customers.
