What do you like best about the product?
Immediate feedback and response on my calls, I don't always have time to be taking notes while I'm in a call, so Gong captures everything for me and provides a great summarized view of the call as well as transcript. I use Gong daily for calls and feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found any. I am using it at the SDR level, so I am high level in usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is immediately letting me review calls and conversations that I could have done better, and I'm able to bring this easily to higher ups for feedback and education. This is super helpful being new to my organization.

Having the calls not only recorded but easily transcribed makes a world of difference. call prep and colaboration made easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to go back and watch calls. Allows me to focus on the customer in the call and not have to take notes. I enjoy the metrics of how my calls go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I think could be improved is the reliability of the transcript. Sometimes it picks up a different person as the one speaking.

Allows me to not have to take notes in the call. This allows me to focus on the customer completely.
Gong Allows Me to Stay In the Conversation
What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to stay engaged in the conversation, knowing that I don't have to frantically jot down notes through a customer call. I can easily utilize one of Gong's many features to see the highlights and the action items from our discussion. I'm particullarly impressed with the AI enhancements lately and excited for the future as it gets even better. I can now easily ask Gong questions and have it generate my first draft follow-up email. I also love the ability to just toggle on the customer and increase playback speed so I can quickly hear their answers and the details provided (and not have to sift through the questions being asked by the Sales rep or me).
When first introduced to Gong at my last organizatoin, I though, "How strange, I don't love my calls being recorded," but now I PANIC anytime I'm using a customer's video conference link and know I won't have access to my digital scribe!

What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is extremely feature rich. With that, it can take awhile to acclimate to where all the options are located. I find myself wishing for a simpler interface and IA when navigating the web app. All that said, it is fairly intuitive and you can figure it out with a little exploration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Implementation Specialists, I'm able to quickly review calls and emails from the Sales Cycle so that I can best prepare for our introduction call. It allows me to not have to ask all the same questions again or schedule time wiht the Sales Rep for every new customer.

Gong is Great for Sales Training
What do you like best about the product?
I love the functionality of recorded SDR calls as well as demos pitched by AEs because it is a great learning tool. You can hear how your peers are handling objections/talk tracks and can implement into your own workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is so easy to use, I don't have anything that I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is a learning tool that is helping me change/update my talk track accordingly so I can generate more pipeline for my company.
A necessary tool & aid for all salespeople
What do you like best about the product?
My facorite feature, the spotlight. Such a nice recap of the conversation. But of course the recording, action items and ability to reference the script is extremely helpful. Easy to use, good integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Call rating, especially when it comes to patience. Filler words count as interuptions so you almost have to speak like a robot and do facial agreements only so that it doesn't count against your rating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to take notes or wonder if I heard somethign right. I can go back and reference the call. Furthermore, it saves times and eliminates additional meetings (r repeat meetings) since the call can be shared internally and externally.
