The best tool for calls with customers
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic recorder, the ability to easily snip my calls, share them internally and customize how long external folks can access the recording. Super easy integration with Google calendar that we use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the AI notes aren't always accurate. I get they are working on this!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire sales team uses Gong, but I spefically work in Customer Education/Onboarding and use Gong as the tool for my external customers to review the training session we had.
Gong always gives me constant feedback
What do you like best about the product?
I love that i can always go back to my calls and review the feedback to improve my further calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, sometimes the site loads calls slow but not necessarily the apps fault.

Gong is helping me improve my customer calls.

Sometimes the transcript is not very acurate but it is understandable.

Nothing to dislike here.It's very easy to use.

I can actively do call listening and be aware about the opportunities that we need to improve. It can also help us tracking the information in terms of taking down notes.

I like the fact that I am able to access my call recording anytime.

Nothing. So far so good as long as it is easy to use.

It allows me to review my call. What mistakes and what misses I had.
Amazing for revisiting calls!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for revisting old calls. I like that the automated transcript allows for me to quickly skim through the call. The new AI smart analysis is great for asking questions to pinpoint specific points of a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't taken advantage of the other parts of Gong such as coaching and insights. So far I don't have any dislikes of the platform.

I like using Gong because on top of hearing the actual conversation you can search the actual word that you are looking for.

I simply love Gong

It helps me be more organized, the way it displays all my calls helps me to do a better follow up and keep in touch with my leads and clients

The app is where I expect to have bigger improvements, it is not easy to use and you cant do many things you can do on the webpage.

When listening to my conversatiosn and giving me some AI feedback it helps me identify some pauses or that sometimes I do all the speaking not letting customers talk.
