A Simple, Useful Tool

What do you like best about the product?
When I started with my new company, this easy to use tool was offered to me to be able to study successful peers in the pursuit of their goals. It was really easy to integrate into daily use because it has an extremely simple interface and it was easy to find the information I was looking for.
I find I use it most on difficult days when I need to focus more on what I can do to find more success in my role.
I love that at any moment, I can go in and find the transcript and listen to the tone of voices at the same time to analyze what is successful and what is not in my role. I also love that I can filter the length of a call so that I can find the information that helps me most as most of our calls of a certain duration show us helpful information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any downsides actually. I have been able to figure out what I was having trouble with by simple troubleshooting, but I know their customer support would be extremely timely in responding to my inquiries if I had them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping me implement my best sales abilities so that I can be most successful in my role as a sales development representative.

What do you like best about the product?
Love its ease of access. The ability to easily share calls and snippets internally or externally is such a beneficial tool in my day to day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming to sift through your entire company's data. Filtering your searches helps with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Passing along specific snippets of calls for follow ups.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see key points that were made during our call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when searching for a client or company name, if the spelling is not correct I may have a problem in finding the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many client meetings, it can bring me back to key points that were made.

What do you like best about the product?
I use the deal board every day. It is easy to filter and helps identify opportunities in my book of business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love the ability to save filters in the deal board. That would save additional time and help easily access past searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time on manual sending and tracking emails. It let's me be fully attentive on calls knowing the spotlight can pick out key points and next steps.

A great way to stay involved and save time

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to stay engaged in the conversation without having to worry about missing a part to take notes. Being able to quickly review a call to help with notes and recap emails allows me to give my full attention to a conversation and saves time when I'm sending follow ups as well. I also love being able to share snippets with other team members for feedback or to ensure they up to date on the most recent conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating notes in Deals - if I'm making notes on a list of accounts, once I save an update, the list will reset and it makes it hard to stay on track wiht the accounts are moving around as I save updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me stay involved in the conversation without having to worry about stopping to take notes.

What do you like best about the product?
its ability to provide deep insights into sales conversations. It uses AI to analyze calls, identify key topics, customer sentiments, and effective sales strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better voice recognition. Too many times the STT function doesn't properly recognize words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong analyzes sales calls to identify what strategies and approaches are most effective. This leads to more efficient and successful sales conversations, directly impacting conversion rates and revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can share snippets of a call externally, it's easy to use and it helps us keep track of our accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
That when you share a call with a client, transcript is not available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can make valuable conversations during my meetings with clients, paying attention to what they say and not having to be taking notes in a rush and therefore loosing the 50% of what they say

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, ability to quickly search calls, fast forward, filter through specific criteria and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing bad to say about the product. It's been a tremendous help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving the problem of the time it takes to learn a new product. Being able to listen in on calls minimzes ramp up time.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part of the app is that I can search for key words and it will bring up all calls that contain that word. This is really useful for objection handling training for our team as I can search for our competitors' names and it will yield a list of all calls that discuss our competitor and its advantages/disadvantages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is that sometimes the integration will disconnect from Zoom and it won't upload my Zoom call into Gong automatically (so I have to do it manually). But that is likely something to do with my computer rather than the software! It happens very occasionally and is usually corrected with some updates/refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how Gong intelligently compiles a summary of the call, so when scanning calls in the app I can quickly see the topic. This is with no human input whatsoever. It saves heaps of time when searching for calls on particular topics. When looking to assist my team with their customer calls I can search for all calls hosted by a particular member of staff, and easily choose which one to use for training.
