Rich and useful
What do you like best about the product?
Call analysis details. Easy and quick way of improving yoir calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, except for the fact that sometimes call summaries are imperfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time spend during client calls
If I couldn't use Gong any more I would quit my job
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review my calls afterward, with insights that are actually insightful, and generate follow up emails that actually make sense, has changed my life as a Customer Success Manager. I'm now usually 1 day behind on follow ups instead of 5+, and am able to look back on past calls without having to decipher my notes. I'm better able to listen to my customers during calls, and I feel content that I'll have the ability to look back if needed. I would literally quit my job if they got rid of gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing. It's the best thing ever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to take 100000000 notes while I'm having customer conversations, and the insights it gives are actually insightful.

What do you like best about the product?
Just being able to listen to company calls for ramp up and continous learning is very important to me. Gong makes this the easiest. The layout, small features like jumping to the next caller in a call, and AI reviews and take aways, are all incredibly helpful. I use it almost everyday to listen to calls I was not a part of to further gain knowledge. It easily records any call I make on Zoom without me having to worry about it, then sends me a report and notification once a recording is ready to be used.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike about gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an agregate of knowledge and learnings, that I tap into to increase my own knowledge and value.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong gives Account Managers unbelievable leverage, in the ability to reference past calls, quickly drill in to areas of relevance on the call, and to visualize customer communication patterns. This tool genuinely allows me to cover twice the territory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong snippets and sharing are a little clunky, but still a strong leverage point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to reference pat conversations with customers to quickly re-orient, when relevant, and to easily share context and feedback with both Product and the Executive team.

The information that Gong extracts from our company's data is unbelievable!

I am trying to think of something but I honestly can not think of anything

It help me understand where I am going wrong in my calls by be able to observe all the data from my colleagues calls

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the AI summary of your meeting; pretty accurate. I also like the extensions available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike; everything is pretty great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording meeting and taking notes for me. I can easily go back and listen to a recording, edit it, share it with the customers. I appreciate the notes it provides as a summary if I don't have time to listen or need to beef up my own notes.
Game changer for CSMs
What do you like best about the product?
Able to search on a customer account to find out key challenges, or even very specific questions like 'When is customer doing X process'
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little - it's super useful; it would be great for CSMs to search across all customers rather than search by individual customer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes my life so much easier; generates my follow-up emails, gives me neat summaries, allows me to ask questions (which really is the main thing I use it for) - like a ChatGPT but if the GPT had access to all meetings and emails with a customer for context.

Here's One Recording Software That You'll Actually Love!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong helps me pay more attention to my call! Having the recording and transcript enables me not to take a million notes and concentrate more on the people I am speaking with! It's a life saver when I need to go back and listen to a part of the conversation that was crucial for me to hear and take action on!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcript don't actually reflect what the person is saying, but I know a lot of that happens because of accents, speaking too quickly or too softly. But overall, it's a fabulous piece of functionality to have the transcript available to search!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I'm the only person on the phone and there are a lot of people I'm speaking to, it's becomes an extra set of ears to help give me all the information I need to do my job as an Account Executive.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the summary that gong provides after every call! It is so helpful and saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some calls the turn around time is longer then I would hope.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really helping with creating a summary of all of our calls to ensure we have a quick, easy and effective way to communicate to our team what happens on calls.
