What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of adding comments directly to snippets, reviewing calls at a higher speed, asking questions to the AI bot

I would like to be able to ask a question and it broswes through all of the calls

Allowing me to review team calls retroactively and in my own time versus them having to record/watch or shadowing

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly clip a section of the call for sharing internally is super valuable. The AI generated next steps is also super impressive and accurate

I do wish there was a way to see the speaker even when slides are being screenshared during a conversation

As a marketer, it provides great insights into Sales and CS conversations and keeps me close to customer/prospect needs, challenges, and pain points.
Life Saver! - Time efficient
What do you like best about the product?
When my company first launched Gong I was against the idea as it felt like it was micromanaging but now I am the biggest fan. I work as an account manager and have multiple calls a day with clients and sometimes you forgot little things that were said that are actually quite important. Gong makes everything so much easier as after the call it will give me action points, summary,& follow up emails so nothing is forgotten! The notes are also way more details. There is no way you can do that yourself while talking the whole time. It also makes the experience better for the clinet as when having a call with a clent I can check back on the last conversations and follow up! Even little things like reminding you where they were going on holidays so you can follow up and build that relationship. I love it!

Everything is good! No complaints! As mentioned I hated the idea originally.

Great call transcriptions and AI summaries. Makes it easy to recap a call to prospects and for internal review.

Searching for a call can be a little tricky.

Sometimes the calls load slower but its never more than a few hours

I find the periodic email summaries of accounts with open opportunities / upcoming milestones very useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Meeting notes and summaries are sometimes confusing. I would say “the customer” needs to verify something, the meeting recap notes will say that “I” need to verify said thing… This can be misleading a few weeks later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in a customer facing role, it helps me with managing the multiple accounts that I have, and quickly act on key actions. It boosts my productivity.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Gong was easy to start using and I now use it for every call. It allows me to focus on the conversation rather than note taking, which allows me to be a better listener and a better account manager. The transcript is pretty accurate and is a massive timesaver for writing follow up emails and sumarising actions from the call. While it took some getting used to, it's also good to see metrics like talk ratio and any words we're overusing so we can be better communicators.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "ask anything about this call" feature isn't as powerful as other GenAI summary tools. Currently I copy and paste transcripts into another tool to summarise and ask questions about the transcript. It's definitely usable but could be better.

None, I love everything about Gong. The effectiveness and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The search capabilities combined with the AI tools these days are incredible. As a partner manager, I can stay up to date on easily 300% more calls and sales cycles because of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much - Although I do I wish it was a little easier to set up search parameters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily keep abreast of sales cycles that I've developed and past on to my sales team. I can also identify deals that may be prime for me to assist with/work on.
