Amazing Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to share snippets both internally and with clients. The AI summary feature is wonderful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a bit for the calls to be analyzed but worth the wait!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to review crucial moments with clients and share with team members easily makes the process much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use the recordings, I send snippets to all my teams instead of writing up long explanations. I use it every day and its super ease to integrate with your outlook and calls.

The time it takes to review the calls, sometimes I don't have that time. But the AI is getting smarter!

I can pay attention to the clients without having to take notes, fully focused on their needs.

Sometimes I can't record with GONG when my meeting is generated by me, even using the guest email

is helping with the recording of my negotiations and through its evaluation parameters, developing me for more assertive contacts
Indispensable Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a sales rep focused on expansion sales to existing customer, Gong is my primary research tool for reviewing past interactions with customers. I listen to calls both on desktop and the mobile app which makes getting prepared for meetings while travelling super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is that some of the new Beta features aren't fully usable yet with generative AI assistance. Not really a downside as much as wishing Gong could somehow move faster on accellerating those features. Ultimately it is likely just a matter of time until those tools become far more effective.

It can be hard to quickly figure out the history of a given customer account.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has great integrations with transcript and note-taking. I use Gong on every client-facing call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is great but I would love to have an auto join feature without adding the Gong assistant email alias.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Summarizing lengthy 45-60 minute phone calls in succinct bullet points.
Easy to get started, huge time saver and great for learning and development

Frictionless client experience- doesn't feel intrusive that every call is being recorded.

haven't really found a downside other than sometimes there is hesitancy for employees to adopt it due to them feeling that it is a tool for 'micromanaging'.

remote environment so very helpful for coaching team members and getting feedback on my own calls.

Gong is way ahead of time, it is not only a call recording sofrware but using AI, they are a proven leaders of this industry.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the recording, transcript and ability to highlight and send snippits of important moments, with a client, to other members of my team. I'm a CSM and have sent snippits to legal, product, sales and my direct supervisor.
Feedback can be tough but it's the best way to improve quickly. I have the ability to direct my manager to a tough part of a conversation and ask for direction and guidance. It saves her time from having to listen to the entire call but if she wants to she can speed it up. It's a great asset and one that I utilize every single day.

What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike about Gong at this time. I've used it at two different companies and it's been a great resource both times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to be fully present when I am talking to a customer. I don't have to be worried that I might miss a detail of the call whether it is with one person or a team. Being fully remote it is also a helpful tool that I use with my manager so she can hear what I'm hearing. It provides better discussions between us and it also provides feedback for the team directly from the customers mouth. It's a game-changer for remote work.
