Love the ease of use!

What do you like best about the product?
The note taking feature is amazing! I love being able to go back & review my customer calls. Being able to send snippets internally & to customers is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the voice that notifies the folks on the call can be delayed & so we'll be 3 minutes into the call & then gong will go off. I usually make a silly joke about it, but I do wish it was faster to respond sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me better understand what took place on my customer calls.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to use
- Very Resourceful (Generating email follow up summaries, 80/20 rule for speaking, assess overall call for critical information, provide meaningful coachable areas for leads)
What do you dislike about the product?
- SLow to analyse calls. Takaes hours from the end of a call for the details to be analysed for review. There should be a way to speed up that process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong provides verifiable coaching insights that support areas of opportunity based on facts. It allows seamless follow ups with clients and support a structure coaching conversation.

Incredible Product

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the features of Gong, especially its powerful AI capabilities. They've made a big difference for me by allowing me to fully focus on calls without needing to take notes. With Gong, I can trust that all the important information will be automatically provided to me at the end of each call.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that comes to mind, Gong is a product I use frequently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to access important company calls on demand is incredibly valuable, especially when you can easily search for and jump straight to the most important parts.

Genuine Engagement with my Customers

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is an amazing tool that has enabled me to be more engaged with my customers. While discussing important business objectives and obstacles we are working together to solve, I can rely on Gong to accurately record and take notes for me to refer to after a call is completed. I have been able to more quickly and efficiently follow up and respond to customer needs and I always have a library of information to refer back to in case I need clarification. I am a better Customer Success Manager because of Gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like, but completely understand why it exists, is the audio notification that the call is being recorded for training and notetaking purposes. It can be a little annoying, but only for the 2 seconds and then there aren't any other disruptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to engage with my customers more attentively knowing that Gong is recording and taking notes for me. I find the conversations are more thorough and can focus on strategy. My efforts are not split between listening and recording anymore; Gong is awesome!

Helpful for the entire team, not just management

What do you like best about the product?
The call spotlights, deal board, and trackers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being picky here, but the accuracy of opporutnities that are related to gong calls gets confused time to time when there are multiple conversations happening at one account or with one contact. This is really a CRM hygine issue but if this was more accurate it would improve our ability to rely on deal boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into the discovery, qualification, and pitch. Allowing us to improve the training and resources around those areas. Also providing competitive intelligence as we leverage trackers to understand what's important to the prospects/clients and what competitors they are or have been working with in the past.

Great for call intelligence and forecasting

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality that has been most helpful to our team is the Forecast analytics. We also love the opportunity warning signs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I disklike about Gong, everything has been very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is giving us way more detailed analytics around forecasting. We also love the conversation intelligence, very helpful with coaching sales reps.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is the single greatest coaching tool I've come across in my sales career. I love being able to provide coaching and feedback on calls instantly to reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really no downsides to using Gong. it's important to get it set up the way it will best support your company and initiatives because there are so many things the tool can provide you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps us in a variety of ways from onboarding - call libraries and mock calls, to continued developement and coaching. We are able to use trackers to identify trends and alerts to ensure that our coaching is being implemented in ways that we are trying to drive change.

What do you like best about the product?
The many ways it makes it so easy to review past client calls to understand what happened on them, search for specifics inside of them, etc.

As a CSM, whether I'm transitioning onto a new account, refreshing my memory of past calls in prep for business reviews or future calls, etc. I'm able to very easily make sure I'm clear and remembering important info on my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! I haven't had any troubles with it in the past. Most of the things I'd like to see are related to restrictions based on my own organization's implementation rather than anything controlled directly by Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to get up to speed on new existing accounts I might be transitioning onto. Allows me to go back to my own calls with clients to fill in blanks in my memory or gaps in my notes that helps me remember and analyze the past calls to allow me to be sharp and effective for my clients as a CSM.

What do you like best about the product?
E-mail generator and call highlights - as a CSM having each call logged and reviewed in detail is extremely helpful to stay on top of what me and my clients are working on
What do you dislike about the product?
not much! I have not yet found a gap in the product that I can comment on. For what I use it for, its seemless!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saves me time with follow up eamils and outlines all next steps im responsible for with my customers. On the flip side, helps me stay reminded on what each customer and I are working on and the conversations we are having around our projects
