What do you like best about the product?

the AI generated follow ups are really helpful when busy and dealing with a lot of deal cycles

I wish the there was a more clear ability to search all types of calls and the engage platform was a bit more built out

What do you like best about the product?
I use gong several times a day - it saves me hours.

Call recording and insights: I'm neurodiverse, so being able to watch back calls, read transcripts and have a call summary is game-changing for me; it makes me incredibly efficient at my job - rather than spending time making handwritten notes, I can be fully attentive on calls and have a summary at the end.

Gong's spotlight feature and AI questing tool is amazing, I can ask what the client's sentiment is, and why they will or won't renew or my most used function ask it to write a follow-up email based on the key points discussed on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features I/we do not know how to use and missed out on a huge amount of value due to our utilisation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to give my full time and attention to being on and present within calls, I have a recording that I can then have a summary of, watch back and create a automated follow up from - t this reduced the amount of admin and notaking I need to make and makes me incredibly efficant at my role.

Gong Engage can be quite puzzling to use for the first time - but their academy shows you everything you need.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is great and easy to use. I love being able to not have to take notes and just listen to the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues with integrations within other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my coach to listen to my calls and give me feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I'm able to share calls with team members who need the info but just weren't able to make the call or who I didn't know would need the info going in to the call. Makes my life so much easier! Same with the AI summary tools and email templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be hard to find the right call that I am looking for from my partners if they don't share the link with me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to share info straight from my customers mouth instead fof playing the telephone game over and over again.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great tool for not only personal growth, but a way to help your team out as well. The AI features are super helpful on the sales development side when pairing with AE's.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to analyze sometimes but it may be the length of the videos.

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to search all of my old calls and share specific customer feedback with my team to help us build better product. I use it daily and it allows me to focus more on conversations and less on note-taking
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a dislike, but I'd love to see Gong make it even easier to parse and find customer feedback. Currently, I still need to remember which calls have the feedback I'm looking for. If Gong could provide those insights, or quickly filter those calls, that would be even more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong makes it easy to collect and share customer feedback during implementation and on-going customer success. It helps us tie our post-sales work to the sales process since we can always reference the painpoints, what we sold customers on, etc during implementation.

Know your Consultations to help your Customers Better!

What do you like best about the product?
The Stats and the interesting facts of a particular conversation gives an insight as to how the conversation is tunring out to be.
Lot of turning involved here which makes it easy for you to take your further consultations better. The more frequencty you hear these calls will make it easy for you to provide customer support better. The level of customer centricity also improves with the usage of Gong on a frequent basis. Features are also brilliant. The way you integarte these calls with other medium will make it even more better a product. Easy to use and implement on all calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Real time calls can be a feature that can be worked on. Apart from that, everything seems wonderful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcript and key pointers are a big help in analysing and performing RCA.

Gong helps me be a better rep

What do you like best about the product?
With a hybrid work environment, there is less learning through osmosis on the sales floor. With Gong, I'm able to listen to calls from reps across the world to hear their pitch, discovery questions they're asking, and apply these to my own calls. I try to listen to at least three calls a week and diversify my colleagues in that best practice. It's super easy to transition from one call to the next and with their AI I can be faster than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
One recommendation I shared with the team is being able to make call recommendations based on what other users are listening to or based on something I need to improve upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping me become a better sales rep.
