What do you like best about the product?
The ability to go back and quickly find segments of calls that i could not remember
What do you dislike about the product?
Back to back calls do not have a solve -- i have to manually open and close my webex to allow Gong to capture the saecond conversation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing calls helps me keep organizewd when maintaining large amounts of pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Great recording history, easy to add onto and bridge Gong into existing tools. Our 50+ Person Sales Team continually uses this tool to recap calls, review, take notes, and better our messaging. From an SDR standpoint, we've been sharing our recorded gong calls with the field to collaborate on messaging and find areas where there may be opportunities to enhance talk tracks. Gong Team also has some incredible statistics shared on their blog which I often read (and would suggest any Sales Team do the same)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the calls do not record, which is rough once you get used to how important some of these recordings are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhanced Talk Tracks, Sales Messaging, Aligning Field and SDR Team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this tool to any and every Sales organization. They share some incredible statistic in their blog about call data, and it's exciting to implement an A/B Test those points in calls. As useful as this tool is, it's great to be able to go back and count how many times you said "um" or what percentage of the conversation was made of you or the prospect speaking.
Gong is an excellent sales assistant/coaching tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to go back and listen to the calls that I make, as well as being able to review good or bad calls with my manager. It is an excellent coaching opportunity and a great concept.I also like the fact that if I forget a specific detail from a call, I can go back and refresh my memory as to what happened during the conversation in question.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Gong. Perhaps the fact that not all calls are recorded however we cannot really work around the law dictating which states allow recording vs. those that do not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making self-improvement in selling my business is probably the biggest problem I see being solved by this. Those who are not the best on the phone can listen to themselves and evaluate what areas need improvement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't have any recommendation other than to simply use it, It is a great tool that can be leveraged in sales and anything in which you may need to re-listen to a call that you have made. In my role, I use it almost every day to listen to my own calls or to send them to my manager to listen to & request feedback from them.
My experience with Gong has been impeccable to learning a better sales process.

Being able to listen to calls sped up. This is a valuable tool that saves me time when reviewing calls.

The short calls are not recorded. The other thing I dislike is that the app is not as usable as the website.

Being able to listen to performing sales individuals and replicate and bottle what tools are useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it records things automatically for me and syncs with my calendar. Also being able to go back and listen to / search the calls for keywords is huge. Being able to read the transcript is awesome too. you can do a quick recap without having to listen to a 30 minute call. If you do want to listen you can listen to it in a faster than normal speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is that the transcript sometimes misses keywords but i have seen that with most call recording software I have used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My deal cycles are a lot quicker because when i go into second calls I am able to get to the point instead of having to do a bunch of recapping because i relisten to the first call and it is fresh in my mind on next steps.
I use this for ADP and it helps me advance as a worker.

I like to be able to reflect on my past phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The constant emails from gong. Some of these emails are helpful, but most of them are unnecessary.

I have learned where i need to improve on a phone call.

ability to share snippets of calls with customers.

sometimes it won't record calls due to a technical glitch; we've become so reliant on Gong that it is indispensable to our Sales team

Ability to focus on the conversation and rely on Going for note taking

Buy Gong before you think about email sequencing software. Way more valuable

I like that you are able to replay the calls and search for words that were said in the phone conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
Listening to successful calls to emulate and use in my calls. Learning how other account managers manage their call to set up for successful closing of the sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Listening to calls in which callers are not interactive. Listening to account managers that don't hear the customers buying signals. Rude customers not respecting agents time. Callers that hang up on agents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm noticing now that Im not using filler phrases and have bettered my call structure

Love it! Will use as long as my company uses it!!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Gong combs through each call and highlights the main points of coverage on every call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish calls could be loaded into gong immediately after each call instead of having to wait a while to listen to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me hone in on exactly what I need to be doing with my sales process.
