Gong is a game-changer!

What do you like best about the product?
Right after the call, you get results not only on how your call went, but whether your stats were in line with the top sellers. It's super helpful to know where you stand and that is imperative to improving your skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcriptions are not the best. Needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to go back and listen, but to scan for the word or phrase you are looking for saves hours of time. The stat comparisons help you grow.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Zenefits Account Executive, I find Gong really benefits to learn and gain real-time feedback on a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real pains with using Gong. I would highly recommend the platform to any sales org looking to increase ROI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No real data driven insights into calls

What do you like best about the product?
This has been a game changer for our organization and really brought to light exactly where we need to focus to improve our success rate. I would highly encourage any sales leader to consider implementing this tool. The additional integration with your email makes it incredible!
What do you dislike about the product?
AI and talk to text are improving but there is a little more needed in this area before I could rate higher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to provide feedback and share learning experiences with the group to up our game. This tool has been instrumental in the growth of our organization and the success rate we have had on closing deals. It has also allowed us to drastically improve our communication to our customers and helps us identify across services and customer success where we need to work on messaging and empower us to be better. We have folks listen and learn from those that have incredible net promoter scores and have seen the benefits of them emulating their successful behaviors and communication styles

What do you like best about the product?
I've used this tool for over 3 years at 2 different companies and have had a phenomenal experience. As an Account Manager, I use this tool every single day for:
1. Coaching/Feedback from management and colleagues
2. Sharing a snippet of a call with a customer when we go over technical training that may need to be reviewed
3. Sending personalized follow-up emails
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides to using Gong. Purchase this tool with confidence!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing bomb follow-up emails and gaining manager coaching and feedback

Awesome tool for managing customer pain points and feature requests

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the ability to search for keywords that were mentioned during the call or search for calls by keywords. This has made it really easy to dig up those times when a customer has expressed a pain point or feature request that I can send to my product or sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike yet, and I have only see 1 time that it mislabeled the title of my call. Beyond that, it's been pretty great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking feature requests, sales up-sell or cross-sell opportunities and being able to find calls for call listening with my manager have all been great benefits of Gong so far.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You may need to let your customers know that the call is being recorded when they join. You can remove the recording after a meeting has started in case you don't get permission from the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the best tool for Sales managers, I wish I had this tool when I was a sales rep! You can see everything from how many questions they have, how much patients, how many calls they are listening to, and my team can listen to top reps as well from other teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of downsides, so far I love everything about the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being more efficient with how I listen to calls. Can tell a lot about a call just based off of numbers and stats

Solid tool to learn yourself

What do you like best about the product?
I like the call stats and analysis - topical points of interest and being able to visualize my habits and patterns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've never had issues with Gong, and I appreciate that it syncs with my other tools seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to practice better speech patterns and recognize when I'm monologuing - and improve on those.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way for me to share my calls with my boss, it allows us to meet once a week and cover where I could get better. It also allows me to share short snippets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that there is too much I don't like. We have it connected to our outreach system as well where I just make phone calls, so I wish my stats would only reflect my demos rather than my calls as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
pinpointed where I could be reaching the customer deeper, where I talk too much or where I need to talk more. and also vocal ticks
Recommendations to others considering the product:
use it, it is super helpful, I have worked in sales for awhile, and if you are working with only your computer to communicate with people it really helps you see how you can improve yourself!

Revolutionary tool for you and your business

What do you like best about the product?
The sale matched the product, credit to Jamie. The on boarding and support had been first class. Credit to Maddison. A tool where we can store our work and save our best work for best practice and learn from your mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts are close but not perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrases you tend to repeat. The calls where you speak to often. Can review calls and spot additional buying signals or things to act on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don’t think about Gong as being a micromanaging tool. Think of this as a necessary step in your sales process. For the individual you can revise and hone your skills. For a team you can share best practice and compare traits. For new starts you have an incredible amount of key data to share which saves you so much time. No need for note-taking, more time for engaging with your customers. No brainier.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong.io saves me a ton of administration work/time - I no longer have to take detailed notes on prospect calls and spend more time on truly understanding their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - the solution has the ability to integrate seamlessly into my CRM (Salesforce). Being able to track your call stats in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to refer back to discovery calls at any time, which saves a ton of time on having to take notes. It is awesome that Gong provides visibility into calling statistics which has helped significantly up my sales game.
