If you ever have meetings via phone, you need Gong.
What do you like best about the product?
I can listen to my calls, and search for and listen to calls of my co-workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I dislike. I have used other call recording platforms, and Gong outshines them in every way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, we know how often certain words, phrases, and topics come up. This is very valuable. We know how often we come up against competitors in all our meetings.

Transcripts are sometimes off & sometimes calls are hard to locate

Gathering call intelligence on both BDR & AE. Easy to use for sales coaching & highlight "what good looks like" to show new hires
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the library function. Build out folders dedicated to each part of the sales cycle and populate it with calls from top performing reps. This way you have hand selected calls that can be used to portray "what good looks like" during onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows you to see the real numbers and statistics behind your calls. Whether you're speaking too much, being too impatient after a customer story, or simply not asking enough questions. This feedback helps me improve my craft as a sales rep

Nothing to dislike about Gong so far. Wish it could provide real written feedback but that's looking a bit ahead to the future.

What do you like best about the product?
If I forget to write something down, it’s no factor. Gong picks it up and will flag those key areas of the conversation. The ability to go back and listen to someone’s tonality is priceless. Gong gives me the ability to reflect back on party’s of a call/ demo that usually slip through the cracks of your memory.
Not only that, I have a detailed summary of how many filler words I use, how long it takes me to respond to questions, and gives suggestions in how to correct your behavior.

The user experience is good. Some search bars are a bit hard to find if you do not know where to look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve learned how to bring more value to each call. I have a solid idea of what really matters to a prospect with our custom flagged words.

Just do it. You and your team will benefit immediately.
Gong goes beyond recording
What do you like best about the product?
While I believe most sales reps will agree that call recordings are incredibly valuable to have at your fingertips for review, Gong goes beyond just recording. It provides fantastic searchability to find the spot I need to review quickly, monitors my tendencies for talk ratio, etc. over time to help me improve, and allows for easy sharing with prospects as well as internal teammates/managers
What do you dislike about the product?
I am overall satisfied with my experience with Gong so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on my Talk Ratio, Interactivity, and most especially Patience scores in the "Stats" review section. Gong automatically tracks these metrics and are the most useful features of the platform for my needs. I am able to review my performance trends with my manager easily.

Couldn't live life as an Account Executive without Gong!
What do you like best about the product?
All my calls are automatically recorded and transcribed so that I don't have to take detailed notes in real time and can actually listen to the client with my full attention to help guide them on what they need

Nothing top of mind that I dislike. It solves my personal needs as an end user.

Helps me self-coach and ask for feedback from coaches at specific timestamped parts of a call

What do you like best about the product?
Fast recordings, transcripts and stats to measure your team's performance are what make Gong amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Sometimes calls don't record butt hat has more to do with our CRM which is not the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching. Having keywords to follow. Seeing how team speaks on their calls. Training for our team.

I like the fact that I can hold my team accountable to listening to themselves week in week out.

going to gong.io - I have to login each time. I saved a bookmark to make this easier.
