What do you like best about the product?
Call listening Tool with subtitles and have proper feedback areas to cover

Dont have live feedback sessions. User generally dont acces for other agents calls for Improvement

It helps me improving my call quality and where I can work myself to take better calls

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me with my better my calls by listing to them and how i can improve, it gives me space and inventory to share my call and listen to other with easy and flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes lots of time to get loaded, or while searching a call, it doesnot show easy with search or date templates, you need to keep scrolling to look for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me identify my calls, and the qulaity of the calls and how i can improve it.

Gong excels at post-call insights but currently does not offer real-time, in-call guidance to prompt reps during live conversations.
