What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can go over the calls I have done. And listen to other reps calls to see how I can improve my processes and pitches.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is to find certain reps calls and filtering could improve a little bit more I think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to improve my pitches and my call flows. Being able to listen to other reps calls and take from what they're doing great and also getting new ideas to implement in my calls to try out. Also I can see how fast I talk when i'm on the phones and where to slow down. The common words I normally use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using Gong to improve yourself as a rep to be able to understand and see how you sound. As well as take great things from other reps that are being successful in their roles if you're trying to achieve the same type of success. You can download the calls onto your computer also and listen if you're not at work to practice at home.

The transcript feature, which is a great way to review your calls and notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcript is not right, but great to listen as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Focus more on my call about client rather then notes as I can have a more organic conversation

What I like best about Gong is that I am able to listen to my calls and pick up on things I need to improve on.

There is nothing I dislike about Gong, I find it very helpful.

I am solving problems such as getting rid of repeatative language.

We love looking at the stats from the demos and seeing what works and what doesnt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have connecting issues with Zoom

Buzz words, when we discuss pricing, seeing how much we are talking vs. how much we should be talking.

they're not always accurate and if there's long pause or I'm on hold for the whole call I still get an email

Being able to leave notes at specific points in a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. It may be nice to have the ability to have different color schemes

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to review my successful sales calls and hear where I won the customer over.
I especially love how Gong breaks the call into segments for me depending on what me and the customer are talking about.
I also like that I can review my not-so-successful sales calls and compare them to the good ones. The not-so-successful calls are usually the ones where Gong shows that I am talking more than the customer on the line.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Gong. The layout is super use-friendly and easy to use.
All the details are easy to review and right at your fingertips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With using Gong I am more conscience of using filler words such as "ummmm" and "like".
I would say Gong has made my conversation more professional and concise and my recent customer reviews reflect that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it! This is the best self-implemented tool for success. You can use it as needed, and hold yourself accountable to great customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the analysis of my calls and how easy it is to send recordings to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn’t import tasks from google calendar but that’s just wishful thinking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a great resource for prospects to refer to after meetings.
