Transcription! Was able to weed out poor language on my call, and overused words.

I have nothing to complain about! All set

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has helped me significantly improve my sales skills. Love being able to go back and listen to my calls and have such a smart system to segment things for me!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. I really love gong and find it my most helpful tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have learned how to strengthen my pitch and be more effective in my sales. I’ve cut down on filler words and have decreased my talking time being more consultative

Gong is a great tool for training!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it transcribe my calls so I can always go in and figure out what someone was saying if it is hard to hear. Great for training as well because you can hear where you're losing on deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Some problems with all calls not being logged but might be more of an integration issue than a gong one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to provide better coaching and do better self reflection of calls.

Nothing, the product does what it's supposed to do and then some!

We purchased Gong to help with sales coaching, but it's also helped us identify key themes across multiple conversations.
