Gong an Eye Opener
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can visually see how the call went, where I used filler words, or looked to move to a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, I'm just not picky when it comes to new software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've seen that in the past I've pitched too much and talked way too much as well and Gong help me realize that on work on those specific problems.
Gong is a great sales tool to remember calls and key points to highlight on follow ups

The transcripts are helpful to reference something specific.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the way the calls are laid out in the calendar grid thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
problem of being able to remember certain calls - or not having any record, benefits are that i'm improving my sales approach

Ability to listen back on old calls and it telling me my patience score

The text transcriptions are not the best and are sometimes hard to read through with the typos and mis-transcriptions

Understanding more my patience and talk time in calls

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review calls for key points. As many salespeople will recognize, keeping track of a large number of accounts can make it hard to remember every conversation you have. Gong allows you to review calls to ensure that you are on track with your clients goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not every call is logged for each account. This makes it difficult to fill in blanks in between calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing clients that you remember their key needs during every meeting
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The ability to search through calls by key word is really helpful. You can also review transcripts of all calls.
BDR, used it to review cold calls and improve conversations
What do you like best about the product?
I love how interactive you can be with your managers. Its instant feedback on exact moments in a conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, keep it up. I think it’s super intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m solving problems everyday. Listening to my calls helps me improve on the phones and has lead to more success as a BDR.
It's been great, there is a lot more that gong can do that I haven't figured out yet!

Providing my team IMMEDIATE feedback. I love that I can send feedback even while IN a meeting that way I don't have to go back and do more work after a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I haven't figured out yet how much I can accomplish using gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to use the scorecard more in 2020, that way we can specifically uncover what areas of the sales call my reps are excelling in and could use more work.

Being able to have recordings sent to my email.

They don’t sync always with the correct leads/oops in Salesforce.

I need to slow don’t on my response time! It’s training me to have more effective cadence.

The ability to tag people and review specific areas of a call. Great for management to give feedback.

I have found nothing that I dislike at this time.

Solving the inability to review and tag specific area of my calls. The benefits of being able to pin specific areas are unsurpased. Notating is great and functionality is smooth and easy.
