What do you like best about the product?
Gong stands out for turning sales calls into actionable insights. It makes coaching easier, improves deal visibility, and helps teams learn from real conversations. The ability to quickly search, review, and analyze calls is especially valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong can be expensive, and its AI insights aren’t always accurate. It also has a learning curve and can feel overwhelming or overly “monitoring” for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves the problem of relying on guesswork in sales by capturing and analyzing real customer conversations. It gives better visibility into deals, helps identify risks early, and makes coaching easier. This benefits me by saving time, improving decision-making, and helping the team perform more consistently.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong for recording client demos and I appreciate having all the demo recordings in one place, making them easy to access and browse. It's also helpful for new joiners, as they can see the videos at any time. I like that Gong is intuitive and the UX is appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be a bit fasterThere is nothing I dislike about using Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong to keep all demo recordings in one place, making them easy to access and browse. It's also helpful for new joiners to view the videos anytime.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to digest insights about nearly anything you want. Very smart tool and simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
possibly not all tools in Gong should be visible to all users as it becomes too heavy. I feel a bit too much tracked by the tool from all possible angles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing conversations with customers and prospects, generate follow up emails, next steps, plans to action, review my stats and KPIs

Honestly, I can’t say there’s anything I dislike, especially since it’s been working so well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s really helped with our lead buying and budgeting based on sales forecasts, so we’re not overspending.

What do you like best about the product?
The voice to text is very good. the ability to summarize conversation or to guide you in the relevant sections of the recording is also very efficient

The product is good but I would say that new features such as forecasting lack of accuracy

With Gong, you can understand in a glance what is said between your team and customers or prospects

Excellent Speaker Visualization for Coaching Conversations

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the visualization that shows colored "bar chart" representations of whom is speaking, when, and for how long. I use this to identify conversation dominators and ramblers, and coach accordingly
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI insights and advice feel arbitrary. I will get advice on things things that I do not understand, like "wait more than 1.5 seconds before responding" ... but why? who says that is important?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording calls is immensely helpful as it is difficult to track all queues and information real-time. Sales efficiency certainoy goes up using this tool.

Great Call Recording and Transcription with Clear Summaries and Action Items

What do you like best about the product?
It does a great job not just recording the call but also transcribing, documenting who attended the call, and the summary of the call including next step action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is some times difficulty connecting it with your calendar or your video call method based on what apps you use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to focus on my meetings and conversations knowing that the Gong is recording the call automatically on the backend. It also sends me a notification email when it's done processing it so I don't have to go and check on the platform whether the recording is ready for me to review or not. It's also very easy to share information from the call via Gong platform directly.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful are the call briefs that I can extract from recorded meetings. I can customize the type of brief to extract only the information I need to curate my outreach for each client. This saves me a significant amount of time. Additionally, I appreciate the analytics for my meetings, which provide insights into when I talk excessively and suggest appropriate pause times to allow the client to speak. This has greatly improved my meeting communication skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it takes a bit longer than anticipated to analyze my calls and provide me with a concise summary so that I can draft my follow-up emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcribing my calls and providing me with curated data that I need to do my work.
