Gong is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytics. It helps me to improve my overall conversation with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's awesome. I have nothing negative to report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves the problem if not recalling a conversation. I love how it summarizes the details. Often I use this to prep for my next meeting with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The gong automated summaries, and follow-up action items are super helpful and save us considerable time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Obviously sometimes some customers simply do not want to be recorded, so having a recording automatically on can be distastful but otherwise is usually very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is recording our calls for internal visibility both internal calls and external client calls. This is helpful for if I'm OOO i dont have to worry about missing meetings internally, as I can always catch up through a call recording or even relying simply on the automated notes. For external calls, having gong record creates visibility for all teams and saves time in transfering notes to multiple teams.

Nothing, our entire sales team wouldn't trade Gong for the world.

Time saving, creates efficiencies, and keeps me reminded about next steps with prospects
Best Call Recorder and Organizer
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong organizes both my calls and my team's calls in an organized, easily accessible manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves the problem of needing to find certain points in the call and having to listen to the entire call becasue acessing the particular point you may need. It Also is able to give you key metrics on what is going well on your calls and provides tips on how to approve.
Amazing tool that I leverage EVERY DAY!
What do you like best about the product?
I Love Gong! I am an AE and I use it to record all my calls and capture insights from my conversations with prospects and customers. It's the first time I have access to it at a company and I find it makes a huge difference! Listening to omy teammates calls helped me to ramp MUCH faster. And I am able to more accurately capture my customers sentiments and needs as well as their desired outcomes. It also helps me write very thoughtul follow-up emails. It's an indispensable tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything I don't like about it. It would be nice to be able to search across others calls and isolate text strings or issues that have been mentioned by others (to understand how others have handled). More of a 'nice to have' though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me capture my client interactions and helps me remember tehir issues. It saves me a lot of time in preparing for folow-up calls. It also helps me write great follow-up emails and capturing "Next Steps".
If I couldn't use Gong any more I would quit my job
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review my calls afterward, with insights that are actually insightful, and generate follow up emails that actually make sense, has changed my life as a Customer Success Manager. I'm now usually 1 day behind on follow ups instead of 5+, and am able to look back on past calls without having to decipher my notes. I'm better able to listen to my customers during calls, and I feel content that I'll have the ability to look back if needed. I would literally quit my job if they got rid of gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing. It's the best thing ever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to take 100000000 notes while I'm having customer conversations, and the insights it gives are actually insightful.

What do you like best about the product?
Just being able to listen to company calls for ramp up and continous learning is very important to me. Gong makes this the easiest. The layout, small features like jumping to the next caller in a call, and AI reviews and take aways, are all incredibly helpful. I use it almost everyday to listen to calls I was not a part of to further gain knowledge. It easily records any call I make on Zoom without me having to worry about it, then sends me a report and notification once a recording is ready to be used.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike about gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an agregate of knowledge and learnings, that I tap into to increase my own knowledge and value.
I could not do my job effectively without Gong
What do you like best about the product?
Gong gives Account Managers unbelievable leverage, in the ability to reference past calls, quickly drill in to areas of relevance on the call, and to visualize customer communication patterns. This tool genuinely allows me to cover twice the territory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong snippets and sharing are a little clunky, but still a strong leverage point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to reference pat conversations with customers to quickly re-orient, when relevant, and to easily share context and feedback with both Product and the Executive team.

It help me understand where I am going wrong in my calls by be able to observe all the data from my colleagues calls

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the AI summary of your meeting; pretty accurate. I also like the extensions available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike; everything is pretty great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording meeting and taking notes for me. I can easily go back and listen to a recording, edit it, share it with the customers. I appreciate the notes it provides as a summary if I don't have time to listen or need to beef up my own notes.
