Super user friendly and helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
Having access to my colleagues' calls is very helpful from a learning perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The library can be quite vast-- the system requires segmentation to be leveraged best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to talk tracks, the ability to revisit customer calls when crafting follow up.
Great way to learn and improve on my sales skills, especially while working from home

Listening back to my coworkers and my calls to supplement for being in the office and for extra learning.

Sometimes hard to find calls and sometimes there's a slow upload but that's probably our phone system.

Being able to listen to my coworkers calls even while away from the office, and listening to calls based on which competitors are involved in the conversation
Helpful for the BDR role
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to hear the call and be able to locate opportunities for improvement with the conversations I am having with Prospects. I like that I can see different places where I might not have considered areas of concern, for example: How much I might be talking over a prospect, or how many times I've said something. I also like that I can get information about specifics they may have mentioned for example how many times they asked about or referred to pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the calls were available sooner to listen to, so if I've missed information during the call I could immediately get it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Gong, I've been able to spend time reflecting and analyzing my own calls, without having to wait for direct coaching from my manager.

What do you like best about the product?
I am an aggressive sales person. I talk a long time to my clients. Often, I'll need to have a few calls with them before closing. Ican quickly pull up my Gong and listen to my call,even jump to locations of the call that store certain info. This gives me fresh knowledge of the client leading into my next call (as, I speak with 100s of people, but they don't need to know that or feel that I don't remember their details). I'd consider this a competitive advantage for me and it has paid off in my sales numbers. Additionally, we pull these calls as a sales team and learn and grow from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could access the call immediately after the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get access to key info from a previous client, so i can close the sale. I've benefited in the form of more sales closings.

metrics, SDR > AE handoff, accuracy of notation from meetings
Best training resource for any Sales Rep!
What do you like best about the product?
Whether you are just starting your sales career or are an experienced sales rep Gong is one of the best training resources out there. Being able to go back and listen to calls as well as look at my call statistics has improved my sales skills tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Gong!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped me to ask better questions and spend less time talking and more time understanding the prospect's needs. One of the most valuable statistics I look at after every call is my talk ratio.
I have loved using gong. Great tool that provides detailed and insightful feedback.

I dislike when every call starts with gong saying it is recording the call :)

How to improve my qualification calls. Understanding how to better navigate conversations.
It's been extremely helpful to have my Gong calls reviewed.

I love that my coworkers can review my calls and give me feedback so I can improve each day. I also love the call manuscript, making it easy to find parts of the call.

Sometimes Gong will mess up the name of the prospect in the title, and it'll be with a different prospect. So I always have to double-check to make sure it's with the right person.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is alway there for my meetings. I don't have to sit and take note when speaking with my prospect. When I finish my call I have a great recording and the tools to evaluate and track important topics that were discussed. I can read the transcript as well as listen to the call again

Gong is my favorite tool I use in my professional life. I rely on it to improve my performance.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Ability to hear others and search for account name. Cool that you can search for keywords.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription can be inaccurate. Also the leaderboard is confusing to use.
