Great upgrades within the software
What do you like best about the product?
Loved the AI smart tracker and methodology playbooks within the platform, also the insights within the platform are great in terms of improving the quality of conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recordings should be available on the platform in real time, the long wait hours can sometimes be irritating, rest everything is good

It Helps with summarization of calls and helps in quality control and understand what happened during the call with the call outline feature.
Amazing tool for anyone in the Customer Success space
What do you like best about the product?
I love the opportunity to re-listen to our calls. This allows me to review things that I may have missed during the call. I also like the highlights feature and the generated email feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like anything related to language, there are subtle nuances that it can miss when you read the transcript. As the platform evolves, I think this will get better.

It is a safeguard to me missing information on my calls

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly clip a section of the call for sharing internally is super valuable. The AI generated next steps is also super impressive and accurate

I do wish there was a way to see the speaker even when slides are being screenshared during a conversation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketer, it provides great insights into Sales and CS conversations and keeps me close to customer/prospect needs, challenges, and pain points.
Life Saver! - Time efficient
What do you like best about the product?
When my company first launched Gong I was against the idea as it felt like it was micromanaging but now I am the biggest fan. I work as an account manager and have multiple calls a day with clients and sometimes you forgot little things that were said that are actually quite important. Gong makes everything so much easier as after the call it will give me action points, summary,& follow up emails so nothing is forgotten! The notes are also way more details. There is no way you can do that yourself while talking the whole time. It also makes the experience better for the clinet as when having a call with a clent I can check back on the last conversations and follow up! Even little things like reminding you where they were going on holidays so you can follow up and build that relationship. I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good! No complaints! As mentioned I hated the idea originally.

Sometimes the calls load slower but its never more than a few hours

Ability to reference portions on conversations later or share verbatim with team members not on a call

I find the periodic email summaries of accounts with open opportunities / upcoming milestones very useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Meeting notes and summaries are sometimes confusing. I would say “the customer” needs to verify something, the meeting recap notes will say that “I” need to verify said thing… This can be misleading a few weeks later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in a customer facing role, it helps me with managing the multiple accounts that I have, and quickly act on key actions. It boosts my productivity.

Gong is incredibly helpful in making my workday more efficient so that I can use my time for productivity. The AI tool makes it so easy to summarize call notes so that I don't have to focus on it in the present moment, and it also summarizes next steps effectively.

Amazing Managerial Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to watch my team conduct their meetings in my own time as well as save the good ones and coach on the not so good is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more insights based on my own data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to coach and monitor my team around all of the other managerial jobs and gives me an amazing view of what is working and what is not.
